Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Strand.
Nachteilig ist ein Parkplatz zu finden, wenn man nicht 17€/d fürs Parkhaus bezahlen will.

We are very satisfied with everything. Nice apartment with a good size. Everything was new and nice. Well equipped with everything you needed. There was a large fridge with freezer, microwave and oven. Bedroom with a very comfortable bed and plenty of space for clothes in the cupboard. Nice bathroom with shower and soap. There was also a laundry room with washing machine/washing powder and iron and ironing board. The best part was the location. Just a few meters from Canterasstranda and lots of restaurants and shops. We will definitely be back for a longer stay. Self check-in went well. Got in touch right away.

Stayed here pre-covid and last few days. These are the best apartments available in Las Palmas that we have found. Unless you know differently. We had the 2 bed duplex on the 6th floor. It has everything anyone could need. The location is great for all your needs. Love them

All decorations are very nice,furniture, TV , fantastic , elegant. I really recommand this place very close to Las Canteras beach. Personal is amazing, Tanya from reception is very helpful . Congratulations for personal. I will came back to stay there in my next trip in Gran Canaria

Do not go, noisy without staff to go to at night with the noise of the other APARTMENTS. Our food full of ants that when I told them, they replied that they already knew... DISASTERS

These apartments are in a great location, 1 min walk from Las Canteras Beach and bars and restaurants. 2 min walk to a large supermarket and 4 min walk to the nearest bus stop. The apartment its self is adequate and clean and basic, view to the beach but no balcony, which would have been nice. There is a lift so that was good. There is air con, but was not available as no remote, when I asked via email, there was no reply, but was not a major issue, as the room was cool with the patio doors open. My gripe was there was no instructions for washing machine and cooker, and no welcome guides to any local amenities. We had 2 single beds with 1 sheet and bed spread, and 1 blanket in the wardrobe, and 1 large pillow each, but was ok. The kitchen was ok, fridge, cooker kettle, toaster, microwave and mugs and cutlery. but no glasses for drinks, so we had to acquire. But I would stay here again

Two families have taken two apartments... Upon arrival, one of them reeked of tobacco and did not smell clean at all and the blind was broken. I demanded that they clean it again I don't know what type of product they clean with or perhaps the smell of tobacco was too impregnated because there was no way to remove the bad smell from the apartment Lack in all senses no blankets just a duvet filling without the cover and if a third person is cold to annoy ****. No juicer armchairs bed that is poorly maintained and missing screws and burnt seats and bottle of water under the chair No juicer leaky towels coffee pots YES but no coffee cups Roll and a half of toilet paper for three people 4 days ...request one more and they deny me because they say that in stays of less than 7 days they don't do cleaning and I ask them: -- that I only ask for a roll of paper, not cleaning- they deny me the same way I ask them for a claim sheet and they tell me that it doesn't have and that's where the thing remains Surprise while I write the review they brought me rolls of paper it's embarrassing that they denied it to me I only asked for one for each apartment I wasn't going to do business with it I ASK THEM FOR COMPLAINT SHEETS AND I THEY SAY THEY DON'T HAVE - THAT'S THE WAY IT IS - And of course I don't have the right to a cleaning service. I feel cheated after they want us to contribute to the economy of the earth Of course there are many more things but mentally my head can no longer handle so much negativity
