Sercotel Hotel Parque ★★★
"The hotel is spacious, clean, and tidy. The front desk staff are welcoming and friendly. The breakfast is plentiful and of excellent quality. The restaurant has a great view, overlooking the ocean-going cargo ships anchored at sea. This was once the second large hotel on the island, and it still carries the weight of history, recreating the glory of that era. The lobby displays the plug-in room telephone system used by the switchboard operators back then, with each socket labeled with the corresponding room number. It's as if you've stepped back into that prosperous era, where women were naturally beautiful and men were dashing gentlemen, reminiscent of the black and white film era."
La Isleta Nest Hostel
"Aside from the bed being a bit low, the room was perfect and very clean. The location was a bit remote, but it was great value for money and perfect for those who love to lie down 😄 Public transportation was convenient."
Hotel Puerto de la Luz ★★★
"A good experience and a pleasant area. The only problem is that parking near the hotel is quite difficult."
TC Hotel Doña Luisa ★★★
"Nice stay. The room was clean and tidy. The lady at the reception was friendly and gave tips about the area."
Cactus Host ★★
"My boyfriend and I stayed for four nights. The hostel is very well located, and the room we had was fine. The common areas were also nice and clean. The idea of allowing the use of the washing machines was original, as was having drawers with room numbers in the refrigerators. The free beach towels were also a nice touch. However, the room towels had a smell that became more noticeable when they dried, and the toilet brushes could use replacing as they were quite dirty. Otherwise, everything was fine, and it was very good value for money."
AC Hotel Iberia Las Palmas ★★★★
"Full safe and easy to use"
Masanet Emblematic Hotels - Adults Only ★★★★
Silken Saaj Las Palmas ★★★★
"The location was good, and the service was nice too!!"
Hostel Tropical Work
"My girlfriend and I stayed at this hostel and the experience was great. There's a kitchen, the beach is right outside the hostel, and the rooms have only four beds, so there's plenty of privacy. My girlfriend and I had a room to ourselves because it wasn't full. I also saw people working at their home office setups, but we were there to relax."

La Ventana Azul Surf Hostel
"A lovely stay by the sea where one wakes up to the sound of waves, colors, sun, and great company. Staff is very helpful and goes out of their way to assist you; also multilingual for those with a strong mother tongue. Memorable and a place to connect"
Exe Las Palmas
"Very well located, at 2 minutes walking to the beach. Amazing customer service from the team. Good amenities."
Apartamentos Tinoca
"Simple and functional accommodation, beautifully located on the beach. It has a kitchenette and amenities for a couple. Definitely book a room facing the street; they're definitely better. We were able to spend a few carefree days this way during the off-season. You can park your car in the nearby underground garage for €10 per day. There's a supermarket nearby, and you can also easily explore the entire town by bus."
Sercotel Playa Canteras
"Well-equipped"
Boutique Hotel Cordial la Niña de Vegueta
"We spent a few days in December and January at this hotel, which we chose for its excellent location near the Cathedral. A few days before our departure, we received an email informing us that reception closed at 4:00 PM that day, so we would have to check in at another property in the same chain. This didn't seem right to us, as it wasn't communicated anywhere when we booked. We were given two keys (one for the front door and one for the room) instead of having to enter a code. The front door lock was also difficult to open because it was old. Furthermore, we found reception closed several evenings, even though staff were present. The room was spacious enough, but separated from the bathroom by a sliding glass door that didn't provide enough privacy. The room had been refurbished in a basic way. A single window opened onto an internal space with other windows, so we had to keep the curtains drawn at all times. The heating couldn't be adjusted, and at certain times, the temperature was kept too low. Overall, it's certainly not a 4-star hotel. If I had to return to Las Palmas I would definitely make a different choice."
Santa Catalina, a Royal Hideaway Hotel
"Santa Catalina Hotel is undeniably a historic architectural landmark, but as a hotel experience it fell well below expectations. On arrival, the service felt cold and somewhat pretentious rather than welcoming, with concierge staff coming across as detached and pompous rather than genuinely hospitable. A key reason for choosing the hotel was the prominently advertised rooftop pool and views, only to discover after check-in that access is restricted to suite guests. The spa is similarly limited unless you pay €15 per person for 90 minutes, which feels disproportionate given the modest facilities. These restrictions are not clearly communicated at booking and leave a sense of being misled. Several of the lounge and communal areas were also frequently reserved for corporate events and seminars, which further diminished the sense of a relaxed hotel environment. As a guest, it often felt as though you were secondary to business groups and functions moving through the space, even in more personal hotel moments such as walking through common areas in a robe. In-room entertainment is very dated, with a non–smart TV offering only basic local and satellite channels. Room service carries a €5 delivery surcharge, while on-site dining is largely limited to high-end fine dining with little casual alternative. It is also worth noting that Las Palmas sits under a noticeably less favourable microclimate than the south and west of Gran Canaria. During our stay, conditions were consistently cloudy, windy, and cool, which further limited the enjoyment of the hotel’s already restricted amenities. For those seeking reliable sun and beach weather, the southern or western parts of the island are a better choice. Overall, despite its striking heritage setting, the combination of underwhelming service, restricted access to advertised facilities, dated in-room amenities, corporate use of guest spaces, and disappointing weather made for a stay that did not feel justified by the price and is not somewhere we would return to. The atmosphere and clientele also skew noticeably toward an older demographic."
Hotel Concorde
"Location couldn’t be better a stone throw away from the beach. Staff are so welcoming ,really helpful & barman (Vidal ) is a legend,"
Bull Reina Isabel & Spa

El Rincón de los Artistas

Hotel LIVVO Lumm

NH Imperial Playa
"The hotel is a stone's throw from the sea, when I say two it means so......❣️ The staff and operators are very kind and available 24 hours a day. I recommend it and I will definitely return. Thank you all 🖐️"
Miami Santa Catalina
"This aparthotel has the smallest rooms of all the aparthotels I've stayed in. The room is only 14 square meters (I've never seen a room smaller than 20), but we knew what we were booking, so it wasn't a surprise. Our room was on the third floor, facing a secondary street, which we thought was very quiet. Especially compared to the other side of the aparthotel, which faces Santa Catalina Park. Here, the ground floors are occupied by bars and restaurants, and in the evenings, it gets quite crowded. And at night, the trash from these establishments is taken out onto the parallel street, right where our windows faced. So if you want to get a good night's sleep, you'll need earplugs—there's virtually no external soundproofing. The room was modest not only in size but also in amenities, but we were prepared for that. The bathroom was clean, and the rooms were cleaned every three days (biodegradable waste was removed daily). The hot water came from a storage water heater, but it wasn't large enough for two people to take turns showering. A break of at least 15 minutes was needed to allow the water to heat up."
Hotel Cristina by Tigotan Las Palmas - Adults Only
"For a five-star hotel, it's anything but five-star; the environment is very average."
