El personal es muy atento y siempre tienen algún detalle con los clientes, además de llamarte por el nombre puesto que ya me conocen de todas las veces que me alojo en su Hotel.

ninguna queja , todo en orden. Desde la recepcion , desayuno muy bueno, aunque la unica pega es que tienes que pasar de hotel , pero creo que vale la pena. La habitación muy limpia, cómoda. Se agradece el doble cristal.

We are staying here because of our company. 3days from january 20-23, 2024. No problem with food and housekeeping service. Some of the receptionist are very nice also specially Justin. He was very accommodating. But this guy in the night shift, he was very rude and racist. Maybe because we are ASIAN that's why he speaks sooo rude and with no respect. We were in the lobby around 11 or 11:30, he just turn off the lights while we are drinking. And that happening is tonight! I'm really disappointed together with my colleagues. If we did something wrong or what, he should talk to us with respect, not in anger. Really a very rude guy!

Well situated and fine hotel, very close to the beach and restaurants. Excellent breakfast with a large number of choices and very nice staff. Try out their omelets. Cleaning and service facilities also to a rather high standard.

Flott enkelt hotell med god standard og fin beliggenhet mot stranden . Bare ca 75 mtr å gå. Anbefales. Her får en låne håndklær for bruk på stranda

The room was spacious and clean. Thre were only two English-language tv stations and the room was sa bit souless, thre was nothing to link the room with its beach location or the Canaries.

Un hotel a pie de la playa,muy limpio,con una predisposición de los empleados de ayudar en todo lo que puedan. Quería destacar al chico de recepción,Justin, que nos ha dado muchísima información que nos ha servido para conocer mejor la isla,,sobre todo desde el punto de vista arqueoastronomico;agradecerle su paciencia y su buena actitud. Una familia de Málaga que seguro que repetirá!
