Basically a very nice hotel with a good location. Because it is on the promenade, it is quite noisy. I didn't like the breakfast. All in all, I would still recommend it

Central for city and beach. You get a 30% discount on a nearside parking deck. The superior room had a view onto the beach. We missed shelf in the room closet to store the cloths. The water from the shower runs into the bath room. On the weekends it becomes also noisy in the hotel as the doors have a large gap. Hotel is good for up to 2 nights.

View to the left fine in front terrible. Only one elevator , after a long day we came home and it did NOT work. We stayed in the 7.floor! O.k. a drink on the house was offered. Frendly staff. But we would never again book this suite 703 because next tu us was a part of the rooftop bar and there was smoking allowed. Smoking should only be allowed on the 8. floor

Exquisite trea**ent from the moment of booking. Very well located and very clean. The superior room with views is recommended. Towel service for the beach, which is just a step away. Good restaurants nearby. Breakfast maybe a little repetitive.

This is a great hotel in Las Palmas with a nice sea view of Las Canteras beach. Very good location. The hotel is very clean. No signs of bugs which is great. The shower was wonderful, the beds and pillows were excellent. The staff in the reception was welcoming and helpful. The rooftop bar has a great view. There is a minibar in the room and an espresso machine.

3-star hotel on Las Canteras beach with very good value for money. We were pleasantly surprised by the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms. Location 50 meters from the beach and incredible sea views. Details such as ambrosia and water upon arrival, smart TV, very friendly staff, from the waitresses (Yaiza) to the reception. A 10! We will repeat for sure!

The accommodation, especially the roof top bar, is excellent, and the staff in the background (we were reimbursed for 2 days that we weren't there) was great. The only thing that spoiled the whole thing was the unfriendly and always very grumpy staff at breakfast (a larger, stronger, often very sluggish employee). The area was quite loud and there was a building site opposite the hotel that usually started work at 7:30 a.m. The hotel itself was in good condition after the renovation last year, but I think the cleaners need to change the cloths/wiping utensils or the water more often, it smelled a bit musty at times.
