靠近海邊沙灘，非常漂亮的海灘景色，酒店門口即有大型超市，購物非常方便，門口有沙灘長廊擺滿桌子，酒吧街非常熱鬧。

Ubicación excelente y personal muy amable. Habitaciones amplias con terraza y vistas al mar. Una de las mejores alternativas para aloj**** en las palmas de gran canaria. Habitaciones cómodas y nuevas. Aceptan mascotas y te dan todo lo que necesitas para tu estancia

Suelo ir bastante a este hotel y la verdad siempre me ha gustado mucho, pero para haber ido tantas veces echo en falta que no tienen un sistema de fidelización, ni hacen ninguna gracia a pesar de haber ido periodos de 5 a 15 días en varias ocasiones. Un detalle que no me gustó esta vez es que invité a mi sobrina a desayunar al buffet que tiene 4 años y comió un donuts y me cobraron 15 euros de desayuno normal. Además en anteriores ocasiones en alguna ocasión se les ha olvidado hacer la habitación. Algo que creo que un hotel con estas tarifas no debería ocurrir

Personale gentile ed affabile ma scarsa pulizia nelle camere, polvere dovunque e pavimenti sporchi. Nella camera si sentiva anche cattivo odore proveniente dal bagno. Disagio per la mancanza di un armadio dove appendere gli indumenti.Cambiando camera da doppia a tripla per l arrivo di mio figlio, nel bagno non funzionava la ventola e il secondo tasto dello sciacquone. Abbiamo più volte dovuto informare la reception di ciò che non funzionava. Poco controllo generale. Gli accappatoi non sono mai stati cambiati.

The staff was very kind but I claimed more than once the cleaning in the room: dust everywhere and the floor dirty. More attention would have made the staying more pleasant.In addition, the bathroom had a bad smell , I can t understand how nobody didn t realize this.

Tener la habitación justo encima de la terraza del bar, las sombrillas están pegadas a la ventana de la habitación y, escuchar el jaleo del interior del bar que colinda justo con la habitación no es agradable. Por la tarde permanecer en la habitación era como estar sentado con las diferentes familias que estaban en la terraza. El bar como tal no se cerró hasta las 00h por lo que el ruido constante dura todo el día.

Com excelente localização em frente a bela praia , com ótimas e confortáveis acomodações, excelente limpeza , funcionários amáveis com maior destaque ainda para Marieta a Relações Públicas do Hotel . Facilidades como supermercados e restaurantes muito próximos . Bom café da manhã que só mereceria outra máquina de café pois só uma causa as vezes pequena fila .
