Estuvimos hospedándonos 1 semana por ocio, solicitamos una cama de matrimonio y se nos concedió sin problema. Las instalaciones se ven cuidadas y limpias. Las habitaciones estaban limpias y sin desperfectos, tanto el mobiliario como los electrodomésticos estaban en buen estado, no tuvimos ningún problema de mantenimiento durante toda la estancia. Servicio de limpieza diaria y recepción 24 horas. El hotel está al lado de la Playa de Las Canteras, con lo que ideal si quieres disfrutar del sol y del mar, hay un supermercado a 1 minuto del apartamento y tiendas varias por los alrededores. Por poner un pequeño punto desfavorable es que la habitación era interior a un patio, en el que si hacías un mínimo ruido se oía en todos los apartamentos interiores, y nos llamaron la atención por eso. El mejor punto sin duda es la relación calidad-precio, no creo que haya otro hospedaje mejor por la zona respecto a este punto. Sin duda lo volveremos a tener en cuenta para futuras escapadas a la capital.

Great location, beds amazingly comfy great staff immaculately clean. Looking at booking up in April. Roof top terrace great bonus. Cleaners in every day, location is 2 min from beach 5 min from supermarket

Perfect downtown location and only a few minutes from beach.

This hotel has information about wi fi in the hotel which is NOT TRUE. Wi fi does not work for streaming and I was unlucky to not be able to do my work because of this. Wi Fi here in the Tinoca Apartments deserves score 1. Be aware and do not book this hotel if you need to work/study. I won't be able to do this unfortunately.
