On the beach, the location is very good, and the room is very spacious, but the overall environment and facilities are not particularly hygienic. There is a stove in the room, which gives it the feeling of a B&B, but the health facilities are in average condition.

El hotel al llegar a la habitación había pelos en el baño la alcachofa de la ducha sucia muy sucia olor a tabaco en la habitación,ruido por la noche y al despertar no había agua en el hotel no pude ni lavar la cara . La verdad que no me gustó nada el hotel. No puedo subir el vídeo que no había agua .

Erittäin hyvällä sijainnilla oleva hotelli, muutaman askeleen päässä rantakadulta. Aamiainen ihan ok, vaikkakin kananmunat ja pekonit puuttuivatkin. Ilmastoinnin puute on hotellin suurin ongelma, oli todella nihkeää nukkua ja jos pidit ikkunaa auki ainakin”sisäpihalle” olevassa huoneessa metelii kaikui rakennusten välisessä kuilussa. Kaksi tähteä näistä syistä ehkä oikeampi arvio.

Booked 1 night for carnival so the room way overpriced paid 110 euros for room only. Reception is tired and needs upgraded to give a warm welcome. Felt 3 stars as soon as i entered. Reception staff friendly . Lift to rooms felt really old and dark. Room 408 a double was very spacious with large bathroom.kitchen area with full frudge and small table top oven, well stocked with utensils if you wanted to cook something. Bed really comfortable. View from the room syraight onto the side of a building. TV worked but only Spanosh stations, occasionaly Euronees in English. In this day and age you should be offering several stations in English and German. Im learning Spanish so wasnt a problem but need to cater to international travellers. Overall an ok stay but not good value for money when im booking into another 3* today for 47 euros.

No recomiendo nada este hotel, las 3 estrellas se las regalaron, el baño tenía suciedad tanto el suelo como la bañera, los colgantes del baño estaban todos oxidados, respectó a las camas, estaban las almohadas con sangre seca, los suelos llenos basura, la cocina daba asco ni cocinar se podía, tampoco teníamos placa in vitro, muebles llenos de roña, la ventana estaba que se caía, casi no se podía dormir, las chicas de la limpieza moviendo las camas y los muebles por la noche, los vecinos gritando, las de la cafetería con las botellas de cristal haciendo no sé el que, una noche horrible, con respecto a el personal del hotel estuvo bien, me parece el hotel muy caro para tan poca calidad, no se como booking recomienda esto

No tengo palabras para describir la desagradable experiencia de este tugurio de mala muerte q Eurostars vende como un hotel de 3 estrellas. De hecho, teníamos una reserva para 3 noches y nos hemos ido sin dormir. Sabanas con manchas, comida descompuesta en el altillo del armario y mal olor en general. He puesto una reclamación a la Agencia de viajes. Es un edificio en destrucción. Tengo a Eurostars por una cadena seria. No entiendo este hotel ni por qué la ofrecen. Es una vergüenza lo que cobran, a 100 euros noche- un poco más.
