Staff at the reception are so rude. Had a little issue with our booking and they were so loud while speaking. They are not helpful.

Very, very good hotel, top 1, many swimming pools, many fun activities, snow top coffee yyds, breakfast and dinner are buffets, the hotel has many families with children

Very bad very bad. This hotel obviously gave us cash, but when we checked out, we were told that we didn't pay. Asking to pay again felt like it was stressing the hotel and wasting us 40 minutes! ! ! horrible! ! !

Unique ist nicht zu empfehlen. Viel zu teuer für die Leistung. über 1000 Zimmer - Massenabfertigung. Unique Zimmer war neben der Abfallentsorgungstelle, welche täglich morgens um 5.30 geleert wurde. Laute Musik in der ganzen Umgebung bis in die Morgenstunden. Schöne Gartenanlage.

Achtung, nichts für Leute die schlecht zufuss sind. Sehr lange Wege überall hin. Nichts für Ruhesuchende, überall schallt Musik aus den Lautsprechern, abends bis 23.30 Uhr. Solange muss man warten bis man endlich schlafen kann. Frühstück sehr gut, Abendessen geht so. Schöner Speisesaal, Buffet eher Kantinena**osphäre. Essen ist kalt bis man wieder am Platz ist. Sehr schöne Gartenanlage, Strand fußläufig erreichbar ( 10 Min. Fussweg)

El hotel se peleaba mucho en los años pasados. Para mi no más que 3 estrellas. Estaba al lado en el oasis los días antes. La comida en el lopesan es malísimo comparado con lo del oasis. Puedes sentirlo al bufet que no quieren gastar dinero para comida de buena calidad. Los frutas baratas son sabor. El carne así que no lo quieres comer. Seguro era en lopesan costa meloneras 10 veces. Eso era la última vez. No vale el dinero
