"Beautiful rooms Lovely personal check in experience Food was varied and plentiful, drinks were good and all staff were lovely and friendly The building is stunning and super clean We were vaccinated for 1 Al a Carte when here for 6 days, the Japanese restaurant and experience were fab We enjoyed the evening shows and super friendly bar service The infinity pool area was so peaceful and pretty Lovely coastal walk to Maspalomas and the Sand Dunes I just wish we had been told and knew that the All Inclusive finished 12pm on our last day, as we were not being picked up until circa 7:30-8:00 Reception said they will make this known for future guests I wish we had longer here"

"Fantastic choice! If you’re looking for a cool and calm atmosphere, this hotel is beautifully located and perfect for first time travelers. Although it’s a bit far from the main town, Maspalomas has its own charm, with many fun spots within walking distance. Overall, it’s a lovely hotel in a great location, oh wow! The rooftop bar with the scenic views… I highly recommend hotel faro for tourists and first time visitors. Keep it up!"

"Location of the hotel, rooms, room service and breakfast very good. The dinner (buffet) was acceptable. The first A la Carte booked was good, the second one was canceled the evening before (restaurant closed?). What was noticeable, however, was that most of the dishes and glasses/cups in the restaurant were not completely washed. In this respect, unfortunately, a point deduction."
