Sono stata una settimana ad aprile con mia figlia. Appartamento nuovo pulito e dotato di tutto. Javier il proprietario uno degli albergatori più gentili e disponibili che io abbia mai incontrato. Lo stabile curato e in posizione strategica. Non ci sono viste panoramiche in quanto l'Art hotel si trova in una zona cittadina ma il mare dista 200 metri. A 20 metri ci sono più supermercati e negozi di ogni tipo. Consigliato vivamente a chi ha motivo di andare a Las Palmas per lavoro o per lunghi periodi. Se per vacanza tenete conto che la Canteras dista 200 metri ma siete su un'incrocio stradale.

Ho trascorso due settimane ad Art Las Palmas. La struttura è nuovissima, il servizio reception impeccabile. Graziosa lounge con area lavoro, lettura e ristoro. Avevo un appartamento superior con due camere da letto, molto grande e dotato di ogni confort. Letto comodissimo, locali ampi, pulizia una volta a settimana con cambio asciugamani e lenzuola. L’edificio è in un’area piuttosto trafficata e rumorosa ma vicinissimo alla spiaggia di Las Canteras, a numerosi negozi ed al grande centro commerciale Las Arenas. Posizione ottima anche per visitare la città. Servitissimo. Super consigliato!

Everything was perfect, including 2 cleaning services during the 2 week staying. Very convenient location for Las Canteras playas. Javier gave us kind and detailed information in English how to approach and move in Las Palmas and in the island.

Very clean and the beds were comfortable. The best thing was to have a garage and the location so close to the motorway and the capital beach! Mesa y Lopez and CC Arenas were great for shopping too only a 5-10 mins walking. We will stay again in the future

Art Las Palmas is a nice cozy apt hotel from five minutes walk to the Las Canteras beach. Art is modern and very clean, has kitchen with is well equipped - with a welcoming box with everything you might need as a start - coffee, tea, sugar, salt, cheese, bacon and ham and even a bottle of nice red wine. Our balcony faced to Av. Mesa y Lopez - walk directly to the Spanish square and Turun to your right, you will reach avenue’s nice part full of shops and cafes. There is in the lounge an easy-to-use machine you can check in as there is no staff all the time in the reception. We will for sure to come back in Art Las Palmas!

Wonderful experience. Great location near the Las Canteras Beach/Boulevard and also near the shopping area of Mesa y López. Great restaurants in the near environment. The appartments are great, very spacious and comfortable. The beds and pillows are very good. Complete kitchen with every you may need in it. Very nice decoracion in the entire appartment. Definitely worth coming back to! We will recommend it to our friends.

ART was well equipped, spacious, clean and being only a 2 minute walk to the beach front, you couldn’t ask for anymore. Shopping mall and aquarium all within walking distance. Plenty of shops, restaurants and bars. Do t stick to the beach, plenty of place inland that offer other great local shopping experiences too.

Without a doubt the best apartomentos on the island. I honestly can not find anything to complain about that is worth mentioning. After this hotel everything will be a disappointment. I could tell lot's of good things about the room but I want to leave it as a pleasant surprise for next guests.
