Everything is ok. After adding 30 euros, the suite has been upgraded and the parking fee of more than ten euros has been removed (in fact, it seems that there are many open spaces nearby that can be parked casually...) This is a stylish hotel, scant minutes from the Plaza Mayor. The grande dame after whom the property is named is on the right as you enter. The public areas are well kept. The salon area is every bit as nice as any seen in any parador I stayed in on this trip. The back courtyard area impresses. Staff were efficient. A map was offered. The room was of adequate size. The air conditioning/heating system was simple to operate. Bathroom items were in plastic. There is on site, underground parking for a fee [around eight euros]. The breakfast was fine but the coffee machine was not fully operational. You were given tongs and a plastic glove. Several places around the hotel re hand gel. Hard to believe this is only a three star hotel.

El Hotel está bien ubicado y tiene un buen servicio de restauración. Las habitaciones son amplias. El único problema lo tuve en recepción en la salida cuando me quejé del ruido que hizo esa misma noche un colegio alojado en el hotel. La chica muy borde y nada empatica. Me vino a decir que la culpa fue mía por no llamar a recepción. Es una pena que gente así esté al frente de los clientes. Si el negocio fuese suyo seguro que no me hubiese contestado así.

Fully grateful experience, very friendly staff care, very large and comfortable room for 6 people as our case was,with everything necessary to feel comfortable and rest after a hard day of visits, perfect breakfast,I don't I would change nothing of our experience,it's more, my husband says that every time we go back to Madrid wants to go back to the same hotel.
