Decent hotel only bad thing elevators weren’t working & ac was not strong enough or even on in certain parts of the hotel had to change rooms since ac didn’t work

Place Stinks of stale smoke, poor lost souls sitting at slots, on there last pull, depressing sight. Non smoking floor , YEA pot is ok whole floor smells like a stoner garage. Management could careless. Was a poor choice to stay there.

Beds are hard and the sheets are scratchy. The non-smoking rooms smell like smoke. You get what you pay for here…as far as rooms go, not much. Enjoyed the water taxi and the London Bridge boat trip to Lake Havasu.

Not family-friendly or kid-friendly at all. The pool was ice cold, and it’s ridiculous how the kids pool is separated from the adult pool and jacuzzi. We definitely will not be staying there again.
