"Paper thin walls let us hear our neighbors conversation and loud tv at 6 am in the morning. Resort fee included waters which weren’t in the room. Neither was the do not disturb sign and the soap dispenser in the shower was empty. Lastly, they charged an additional $132 on top of our resort fee that I had to go to the front desk and have removed stating that they don’t know why that was included. Can only imagine how many poor people get ripped off like this."

"Very disappointed with how I was spoken to when all I did was ask a question. Not sure if she was having a bad day or if she's always like this. Extremely rude and very unprofessional. The room was pretty clean just had some spiderwebs and alot of dust around the window. The balcony had alot of dead bugs."

"Staff provided wonderful service with a smile. We were offered a room with the best river view available. The room was clean and comfortable. The price rate of the room was less through Trip.com. We didn’t spend time in the casino, except to walk through it going to and from our room. The cigarette smoke smell was there but not the worst I’ve encountered. I was disappointed that there was no microwave in the room. However, I would definitely stay at this hotel every time we come to Laughlin, as I believe that it is the best for the price we want to pay."

"The view from our room was very nice. The room was clean although there were numerous stains on the carpet. No coffee machines in the rooms so we were forced to go downstairs and buy coffee. Ice machine on our floor was broken so we had to go one floor down to grab ice. Other than that the Avi had a lot of food options. Our favourite was the Moon Shadow Grill, they had movie theatres, andbig swimming pools"

"Traveled with family for the holiday and they were able to get us 2 rooms on the same floor. Room looks like it had been renovated. If you don't like noise, make sure to ask for room away from the elevator. If you want your room clean, you have to call in advance and let them know."

"The hotel is a little run down but all in Laughlin are TBH. Still clean and comfortable and a really reasonable price. Hotel is right on the banks of the Colorado River. In non peak times the restaurants all close at 8PM so be aware, we checked in at 7:30 and managed to get a table in claim jumper, staff weee really friendly and the portions huge. Ordered chocolate fudge cake to take back to the room - it is massive and could only eat 1/4 between us."

"I’m currently staying here on a business trip. While the hotel itself isn’t terrible, it is quite dated. I’m now on my seventh day, and my room has yet to be cleaned even once. Additionally, this is the second consecutive morning I’ve woken up to find there’s no hot water for a shower, which is rather frustrating. I did have a positive experience with Melanie—she was helpful and courteous. However, my interaction with another staff member was disappointing. When I inquired about a Walmart order that had been marked as delivered to the front desk, he simply asked, “Which room are you in?” and then said, “Well, maybe you should check there.” All things considered, this hasn’t been the most pleasant hotel experience."
