We had a very early flight, and We were tired , they kindly got our room quickly ready and gave us it for midday . Nothing was too much trouble. Great meal in the restaurant for dinner and the bar and a**osphere very old world . Top stay would definitely recommend any person to book. Pauline ( Sydney northern beaches)

The location is in the center of the city. There are many coffee shops and restaurants around. It is less than 20 minutes' drive from the airport, so it is very convenient for traveling and eating. As a transit hotel, it can meet the needs.
We booked a quadruple room because of the large number of people. The room is large enough and suitable for families traveling with children.

It's an old hotel with a good location, but the hotel facilities are old, the soundproofing of the room is poor, and the bath towels don't look clean, so I asked for them to be changed. Service attitude was average, the older woman at the front desk was a bit arrogant.

Was a wonderful visit to Launceston, had a great experience at the colonial hotel. Was down from QLD visiting family and just needed a nice place to stay with my sister. Walked out the and saw this dog up standing as a statue and had to take a picture! Very well behaved
