Adina Place Motel Apartments Reviews

The room was clean, comfortable & spacious, with lots of fresh air & natural light. A older building, but rooms modernised nicely. Plenty of free parking.  Located high on a hill in central Launceston, it provides beautiful views over the northern side of the city.  It’s walking distance to the CBD, river and City Park monkey enclosure.  Would happily stay again 😊

The apartment was older style but clean and with good facilities. The shower could be upgraded but the cooking facilities were good and the pans all non stick which was great. All in all a good place to stay and central to everything.

The place is very old and beaten down, although it is clean however most of the windows and sofas are used up, wouldn’t recommend anyone who wants to go on holiday

Great one-night stay at Adina Hotel with friends. The two bedroom apartment was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, and the location is perfect for exploring the city. Staff were friendly and helpful, making the stay smooth and enjoyable. Would happily stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at adina apartments. Walking distance to everything. Great view had everything we needed for our stay. The only downside was the bed very uncomfortable, hard and could feel the springs. Otherwise can recommend this place.

Was a pleasant stay.

Location and view over Launceston from Top Floor were amazing. Apartments are in need of refurbishment, which I am told they are due to do. Basic old spa room, but the views made up for it. Bed comfy, sheets and towels clean. Just what we needed for our 1 night stay before heading back to Melbourne the next day. Lift to 2nd & 3rd floors. Chimes of Town Hall clock didn’t keep me awake, but you may want to be aware of that.

Just ok

Seven friends and I stayed at the Adina Plaza Motel for two nights, and the space was truly spacious! The apartment-style layout was perfect for our group—the kitchenette was great for quick meals, the living room sofa was big enough to sit and lie down comfortably, and we chatted until late at night without feeling cramped. The beds were clean and comfortable, the windows offered city views, and the balcony was lovely for enjoying the breeze. Free Wi-Fi and parking solved all our minor transportation hassles. The only downside was the last-minute booking and the slightly hefty price tag, but aside from that, it was absolutely perfect. My friends and I had a very comfortable time staying here!
