The front desk staff are v friendly and helpful. Tamar Valley Cruise is 18 mins walking, you can book tickets online or buy it there."

"Location and view over Launceston from Top Floor were amazing. Apartments are in need of refurbishment, which I am told they are due to do. Basic old spa room, but the views made up for it. Bed comfy, sheets and towels clean. Just what we needed for our 1 night stay before heading back to Melbourne the next day. Lift to 2nd & 3rd floors. Chimes of Town Hall clock didn’t keep me awake, but you may want to be aware of that."

You can enjoy the sunset and sunrise by the Tama River, the small houses of various colors on the mountain, and you can also run along the riverside corridor. "It's quite clean. And the staff is nice. The water is not hot all day,, but warm anyway. Maybe because of too many people. They don't have a place to hang the clothes, but you can pay for the dryer machine. You can get a discount for the Japanese food next door If you live in this hotel. That surprised a bit. The noodle is delicious, But the rice is not."

"It's not in the city center, but it's only a few minutes' walk away. One of the important reasons for choosing it is that it has a parking lot for easy parking. The hotel is quaint and was renovated from an old house. The corridors are full of artworks. It seems to be the property of an Argentinian artist owner. . It's because of the old house, so the room is relatively small."

"Stayed for 1 night but am very impressed with the cleanliness and space of the room. We have a small balcony to enjoy the evening too. Towels were clean and bed is comfortable. We had a very restful sleep to continue our exploration of Tasmania."

The location is super convenient, close to airport. Bathroom very clean, beds are comfortable. Air conditioning maintained our room in a perfect temperature. One thing which is not important for everyone, is the dishwasher is leaking water!"
