1. A very cute and Modern room, beautifully decorated, exactly like the photos.
2. The hosts are very friendly; it's basically their home, with only two rooms available for guests. If you’re lucky, you might encounter their grandchildren swimming and playing, hearing their laughter.
3. The room's amenities are quite high quality, and the space is ample.
4. Breakfast is provided early in the room, including bread, various types of jams and butter, milk, orange juice, and a variety of cereal options. Tea bags are also available.
5. There’s a free washing machine and laundry powder, but no dryer.
6. The location is within a 20-minute drive from Launceston.
7. If you want a quiet and comfortable space, this is a great choice.

The only bright spot is that the family heir, Ms. Louise, is very enthusiastic and takes the unfrightened families to feed calves, wild boars and several horses in the morning.

justjoStayed for 1 night but am very impressed with the cleanliness and space of the room. We have a small balcony to enjoy the evening too. Towels were clean and bed is comfortable. We had a very restful sleep to continue our exploration of Tasmania.

I have a group of 4 people, rented 2 rooms, free parking spaces, not luxurious but enough, of course, the relative price is high, the manager is very good.
There are Coles and 24-hour Kmar opposite, so you can buy everything without fear!

The hotel was originally a Victorian monastery, very historical, very clean, located on a small slope, comfortable view, especially the hotel administrator, explained carefully and thoughtfully.

Guest UserLocation and view over Launceston from Top Floor were amazing. Apartments are in need of refurbishment, which I am told they are due to do. Basic old spa room, but the views made up for it. Bed comfy, sheets and towels clean. Just what we needed for our 1 night stay before heading back to Melbourne the next day. Lift to 2nd & 3rd floors. Chimes of Town Hall clock didn’t keep me awake, but you may want to be aware of that.

Hotel facilities are average, because the ancient corridor is relatively small, breakfast is simple, toast cereal milk juice, fruit, but compared to most hotels without breakfast is quite good.
