1. A very cute and Modern room, beautifully decorated, exactly like the photos.
2. The hosts are very friendly; it's basically their home, with only two rooms available for guests. If you’re lucky, you might encounter their grandchildren swimming and playing, hearing their laughter.
3. The room's amenities are quite high quality, and the space is ample.
4. Breakfast is provided early in the room, including bread, various types of jams and butter, milk, orange juice, and a variety of cereal options. Tea bags are also available.
5. There’s a free washing machine and laundry powder, but no dryer.
6. The location is within a 20-minute drive from Launceston.
7. If you want a quiet and comfortable space, this is a great choice.

FENA shop that the husband and wife jointly run is difficult to find at the beginning of the road. It is actually on the side of the road. Because the hotel on the other side is a bed and breakfast, but the experience inside is very good. The landlord’s own breakfast can go out and see if it will go out. Great choice

The only bright spot is that the family heir, Ms. Louise, is very enthusiastic and takes the unfrightened families to feed calves, wild boars and several horses in the morning.

Information about checking in was sent to us via email a day before were were due. Staircase was narrow, so was quite difficult to bring large luggage up.
Room looks wonderful and tastefully done. We had the suite, and as such, has an adjoining bedroom as well. The balcony was nice for a sit down to relax.
Breakfast provided at the ground floor dining room as simple but sufficient for us. Bread toast, cereals, juicies, tea & coffee.
We stayed 2 nights, The location is not far from Launceston main CBD. The neighbourhood was quiet at night, so was quite peacefull. Street parking in front of it is available, but parking charges takes effect from 9am, but did not impact us much as we are out.

Full of wildness and quiet. Although it is 10km away from the city center, it is not inconvenient. The front desk is very friendly and efficient. It is said that there is laundry service, but it is a bit far, so I didn't experience it.

Guest UserVery old hotel, very suitable for a family of three, there is a small compartment for children to sleep alone, Figure 3 is the street view across. Hotel facilities are average, because the ancient corridor is relatively small, breakfast is simple, toast cereal milk juice, fruit, but compared to most hotels without breakfast is quite good.
