Outstanding
GGuest UserThe whole Australian trip is one of the best apartments, the whole family likes to choose apartments with a larger space, and it is convenient to cook healthy meals for the baby. This one can really say that the details are very good, there are everything you need, small to the plastic film tin paper is provided, the basic seasoning is also available, the kitchen facilities are first-class, and the lobster meal is made! The price is also affordable and the price is very high! highly recommended!
DDumbo_301The lock is weird on the lower level room as the lock is placed inside out, which locks the room from outside. The air-conditioner (heating) does not work very well, which cannot provide a comfortable temperature in the living room unless we take the heater from sleeping room to the living room. The house is right next to the main traffic and it is noisy especially some motorcycles are running on the main road.
GGuest UserLocation and view over Launceston from Top Floor were amazing. Apartments are in need of refurbishment, which I am told they are due to do. Basic old spa room, but the views made up for it. Bed comfy, sheets and towels clean. Just what we needed for our 1 night stay before heading back to Melbourne the next day. Lift to 2nd & 3rd floors. Chimes of Town Hall clock didn’t keep me awake, but you may want to be aware of that.
SSunny DwVery cute little bnb place. Good location.
Very friendly and helpful staff. You might also meet a couple of lovely other guests and have a nice chat over breakfast. It is a historical building, though old but really clean and things functioning properly.
GGuest UserIt was good. We increased our stay duration 3 times.
Staff was friendly and helped us with everything during our stay at mowbray. Great location close to all food shops and restaurants. They even gave us 2 free drinks card twice. Really enjoyed my stay.
BBarrAs a solo traveller just spending one night in Launceston, The Star Hotel was the ideal choice. It is centrally located and street parking was easy to find and free between 17.30 and 09.00 next day. The room itself was compact but comfortable with an ensuite. The friendly, efficient female staff member was able to help with local advice and when I decided to have dinner later, the food and service were exceptional. Three see a couple of stair cases to negotiate but really no trouble. This place was a highlight of my travel in Tasmania.
