We had an issue in the grain cafe which we reported and it was not resolved, basically no response despite the waitress reporting it to the manager. We fed it back to the reception staff and still no response or apology. We weren’t looking for a refund just an acknowledgment of the issue. Not what I would expect from a ‘luxury’ hotel.

AAnonymous UserVery warm B&B, stayed in two rooms with different styles upstairs and downstairs, it can be seen that the owner is very careful. The morning is simple but hearty, everything is just right. Remember to reserve a local Australian mobile phone number to receive self-check-in information (if not, you can only call back to the hospitable host).

CCThe location is very good, it is very convenient to go shopping, there are supermarkets and Asian Super League nearby. The staff at the counter was very nice and friendly, and introduced us to nearby restaurants and attractions. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable.

DDumbo_301The lock is weird on the lower level room as the lock is placed inside out, which locks the room from outside. The air-conditioner (heating) does not work very well, which cannot provide a comfortable temperature in the living room unless we take the heater from sleeping room to the living room. The house is right next to the main traffic and it is noisy especially some motorcycles are running on the main road.

LLaiThe room is clean but a bit dated. We were staying on the top floor and we have to move all the luggage’s up for 2 floors which is quite inconvenient.
Apart from these the location is good and quite quiet.
But parking space is not enough for every guess, lucky when I waited for a while when someone go out, I get a space to park

DDrew GorWe love this hotel! We called them up few days before to confirm the amenities inside our room and also a special request too! They answered our call and sort it out super quick!
The location is super convenient, close to airport. Bathroom very clean, beds are comfortable.
Air conditioning maintained our room in a perfect temperature.
One thing which is not important for everyone, is the dishwasher is leaking water!

KKhinNandarOverall, it is worth it, but would be nice if the other customers in the opposite rooms weren’t noisy. Hotel should limit the number of guests with room.
For example, the people in my adjacent and opposite rooms have more guests than the actual bed. So noisy all night until morning.

NNARGIS KAMALThe hotel is very very very good from each and every aspect. The owner of the hotel is so gentle and warm-hearted. The staffs also very helpful. Location, cleanliness, service all praiseworthy. I recommend this hotel for every kind of traveler. I never write review but their co-operative behavior compelled me to do so this time.

Shout out to the ****** who wake up at 5 am stand around talking and wake everyone up and then start their noisy cars and leave to go to another hotel.

GGuest UserThe bed was terrible. You could see that the mattress had hollows in it where it was worn out by just looking at it. The pilliows were worse. They were no more than 4 inches high but flattened down to no more than 1 inch high, so you felt like you were sleeping with your head below you body. You couldn't fall out of the bed because the hollows kept you safely in the bed. Found supermarket receipts on the floor near the bed, so cleaning of the room was a bit suspect as well. Yes there are positives - the shower pressure was great. The other positive was that we had to leave early the next morning. I could not recommend this motel. Yes it was cheap to stay in, but you get what you pay for.
