A shop that the husband and wife jointly run is difficult to find at the beginning of the road. It is actually on the side of the road. Because the hotel on the other side is a bed and breakfast, but the experience inside is very good. The landlord’s own breakfast can go out and see if it will go out. Great choice

The room is spacious, clean and tidy. There are two large beds in the two bedrooms and a small bed in the living room downstairs. There is a washing machine and the kitchen facilities are also complete. It is very suitable for family travel. There is a local supermarket and Asian supermarket not far from the hotel, which is suitable for Chinese stomachs. You can buy some buns, wontons and other things to cook for breakfast. There is also a Chi Chi cafe Chinese restaurant in the next block, which tastes good. It is not far from the city park, where you can go for a walk. There are Japanese monkeys in it.

Information about checking in was sent to us via email a day before were were due. Staircase was narrow, so was quite difficult to bring large luggage up. Room looks wonderful and tastefully done. We had the suite, and as such, has an adjoining bedroom as well. The balcony was nice for a sit down to relax. Breakfast provided at the ground floor dining room as simple but sufficient for us. Bread toast, cereals, juicies, tea & coffee. We stayed 2 nights, The location is not far from Launceston main CBD. The neighbourhood was quiet at night, so was quite peacefull. Street parking in front of it is available, but parking charges takes effect from 9am, but did not impact us much as we are out.

Hotel has a good scenery located at the country side. Recommend to have a morning walk at hotel with the twilight can refresh your mind. I saw chicken and possum during the morning walk. The buffet breakfast was highly recommended. They also have a casino at hotel where you could stay the whole night with your luck !

The hotel itself is very beautiful, great location as well. However the room feels very stuffy, the balcony is locked only a small window is left open and the screen window is incredibly dusty, I don’t think it’s ever been cleaned. Also the housekeeping is very unprofessional, she came straight in without even knocking the door around 9am while we are still sleeping, just saying hello when unlocking the door. Unhappy about that.

The room size is suitable, the kitchen facilities are complete, and the washing machine also includes washing powder, which is very convenient. It is recommended to go by car and have many parking spaces.

The hotel was originally a Victorian monastery, very historical, very clean, located on a small slope, comfortable view, especially the hotel administrator, explained carefully and thoughtfully.

We love this hotel! We called them up few days before to confirm the amenities inside our room and also a special request too! They answered our call and sort it out super quick! The location is super convenient, close to airport. Bathroom very clean, beds are comfortable. Air conditioning maintained our room in a perfect temperature. One thing which is not important for everyone, is the dishwasher is leaking water!

Fantastic location, close to everything. The rooms are roomy, we had a one-bedroom apartment with a king-size bed. The staff were okay but not especially helpful or enthusiastic when it came to recommendations. The town is very quiet, with little weekend activity and hardly any tourists, making it feel like it’s asleep

This accomodation is motel-style. The family room was spacious, with a small kitchen/dining area and equipped with basic stuff such as fridge, kettle, microwave oven and plates/cutlery/glasses. Note that you cannot cook. Sink is a bit small to wash the dishes. Short drive from cataract gorge, 2mn drive from supermarket. Very convenient.
