Shower and Bed were nice. Good thing is that you could open the window. It felt a bit cold in the bathroom.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel on the 13/12/23 for one night. Reception requested a deposit payment in addition to their rate which was deducted from my account. To date I have not received my deposit despite requesting same. They are ignoring my emails. Beware of this hotel, we stayed at 8 other 4 and 5 star hotels and were never required to pay a deposit upfront. The bed is also terrible at this hotel. We do not recommend this hotel and will definitely not be staying there on our next trip. If you read the reviews breakfast is also not popular. BEWARE!

Rien à voir avec les photos, accueil tardif mais digne d'un hôtel sans étoiles,. Chambre type années 90,propre mais pas digne d'un 4 étoiles. Très sommaire sur les produits dans la salle de bain qui sont meilleurs dans un ibis. Mini bar trop centré sur l'alcool. Concernant la literie une vraie barre de fer, l'oreiller idem, même pas de couette supplémentaire .... Mal partout au réveil. Petit déjeuner sans envie, basique et banal pour 20 CHF...et du rouge à lèvres sur les tasses LAUSANNE est une belle ville nous y reviendrons mais pas dans cet hôtel. Nous devions passer deux jours mais nous avons préféré annuler la deuxieme nuit. Franchement ça vaut un deux étoile mais pas plus
