Lausanne Youth Hostel Jeunotel ★
"I always book here when travelling to Lausanne. Recommended"
Ibis Lausanne Centre ★★★
"Convenient location. Breakfast was a bit limited but acceptable. Staff were polite. Free bus tickets were provided throughout the stay."
Aquatis Hotel ★★★★
"I stayed for ten days because of this trip. I should have been very satisfied with this hotel, but the attitude of the front desk clerk on the last day gave me another opinion! I think the guest doesn’t understand English and says something that’s almost too friendly!"
Tulip Inn Lausanne Beaulieu ★★★
"A beautiful hotel , close to the center . Near the station"
Swiss Wine by Fassbind ★★★
"Excellent location. Small hotel, but with new rooms and everything you need for a perfect stay."
Starling Hotel Lausanne ★★★★
"The hotel is located next to the EPFL and not far from Lake Geneva, just across a residential street. The hotel is well-equipped and clean. The front desk service was very attentive. I was grateful to the front desk lady who helped me change my room upon check-in. The rest of the staff, both in the restaurant and at the housekeeping department, were also very friendly. The hotel restaurant had a delicious dinner, and the breakfast was acceptable. The hotel also provides free public transport tickets."
Hôtel de la Paix Lausanne ★★★★
"Perfect location and unexpectedly well arrangement with transportation cards."
Best Western Plus Hotel Mirabeau ★★★★
"Hotel is located in city and have a walking distance of around 20 minutes to the Lake Geneva. The room is nice and clean that good hotel with nice price there."
Hotel Victoria ★★★★
"The room was small and had a musty smell. It felt like a semi-basement and was very stuffy. The location is just opposite the train station, only a five-minute walk away. The transportation is very convenient and there are many restaurants nearby."

Novotel Lausanne Bussigny
"The hotel's location is decent, suitable for those driving, the surrounding area is relatively quiet, and the service is good. I've stayed at many Novotels over the years, including this one a few years ago, but this time the room was noticeably older, the bathtub glass door didn't close properly, and the shower leaked. The safe was also broken. Although it wasn't a major issue, I was still a bit disappointed with Novotel."
Lausanne Palace
"housekeeping not good, very slow"
Beau-Rivage Palace
"As good as ever, definitely the number one hotel in Lausanne. It has no shortcomings except that it is expensive. Although the hotel is old, it is very well maintained and every detail is in place."
Hotel Angleterre
"It is in the same group as the Palace of Beau-Rivage and the Castle of Ouchy. The room is a bit small and has just been renovated. The room is divided into two orders and two room types. I wanted not to change the room, but the staff was rather rigid and unaccommodating, which was quite uncomfortable. Not humane. There are gravel roads at the entrance of the hotel. In addition, there are steps. Although the waiter helped, it was still not convenient to check out and drag the luggage. It is close to the subway station and the hygiene is very good. The view is good."
Royal Savoy Hotel and Spa
"The location of the hotel is very convenient, just a few minutes walk to the lake. The hotel service is okay, the health condition is very good, and the front desk and concierge services are very good. The room size is OK. The suite area is larger, and the sofa turns into a bed. •Defined lake view room, partial lake view from balcony, large roof The terrace view is better. Breakfast was very good"
Château d'Ouchy
"Fantastic hotel - the second time we’ve been and can’t praise the staff enough. Lovely service amazing location and our room at the top of the tower was sensational. It’s not cheap but it’s worth every penny"
Swiss Chocolate by Fassbind Lausanne
"Our AC didn’t work very well in our room. We told the desk, but they weren’t able to fix it. Too bad because it was 90 plus degrees when we stayed."
Carlton Lausanne Boutique Hôtel
"The room was very clean and comfortable, and there was a balcony. The hotel is very close to the lake. It's only two stops to the lake by M2 train, or a 10-minute walk. Transportation is very convenient. It's also two stops to the train station by M2 train. It's a very nice hotel, and I really like it."
Alpha by Fassbind
"The Hotel Alpha Palmiers is very centrally located and ideally situated for exploring Lausanne on foot or by public transport. Overall, my stay was pleasant. Having stayed at several hotels in Lausanne, I was particularly struck by the rather understated atmosphere at the Alpha Palmiers. However, what disappointed me most was the service at the bar. I ordered a drink and waited for about an hour. Although I alerted the staff twice and finally even inquired directly at the bar, my order was never served. When I complained, the manager came over and simply said, "If you'd like another one now, I'll make you one." I found this response to be neither customer-oriented nor particularly indifferent. The following morning, I brought up the incident again. Especially since we stay at this hotel at least once a year for business, I would have expected a more professional and respectful approach. A nice hotel and a good location are important, but a lack of customer service unfortunately leaves a negative overall impression."
Hôtel des Patients
"Patient hotel, very interesting, so clean and tidy"
Apart'Hotel 46a
"For two nights on a quick pass through it was fine. Clean and easy to reach. A few things to note: - virtually no service as said: a juice+ croissant+coffee breakfast took over 20 min to get fully served - Wi-FI did connect, but did not convey any data. As there was no one there, difficult to complain (and naturally I needed it between 23-07) - sending ID by email is a scary proposal, could also send by encrypted messages at request"
VISIONAPARTMENTS Rue Caroline - self check-in
"BEWARE: Customer Service doesn’t care about customer satisfaction. I booked a Junior apartment (room and living room separated). Ended up in a unit that had window blinds broken and that had extremely high noise, peaking at 75dB during the night. When I called to be moved to another unit, customer care said none from the same category were available, and hence gave me two options: try to sleep a night there or pay 140 CHF to be moved to another unit. To be clear, the rate my company was paying was already TWICE the one published online at the time of arrival for a higher category unit. Out of desperation I ended up paying the surcharge, to guarantee some sleep. And enrede up downgraded to a studio, not an apartment. The studio looked ok but had elements that were quite old."
VISIONAPARTMENTS Chemin des Epinettes - self check-in
"Apart from the location, which was excellent, this studio flat was tiny, overcrowded with furniture, poorly lit, outdated and in need of several repairs."
Base Lausanne - Contactless Check IN
"Great quiet space in an unbeatable location. Lovely street and 5 mins to Grancy metro station. Good apartments, outside terrace, well supplied kitchens, helpful cleaners that are on hand if anything’s needed. The Gym, playroom and launderette are a fantastic addition. I used the gym twice in 4 days. The only bugbear is the air con was definitely noisy and curtains not dark enough. But apart from this highly recommended and I would definitely stay here again."
