"Would not recommend. The front desk was not very polite (esp the middle-aged light-skinned guy) and charges for checking out late. The cleaning was okay, but the towels smell a little bit. The room was small, The design was okay, and the heating was the only commendable aspect of the hotel, I'm afraid. In general a cheap hotel to stay at lausanne if you are out of means."

"Good environment. Good size room. Bedsheets come with slight black stain. Breakfast is the same every day. Horrible front desk service. Worst experience ever in my numerous trips to Switzerland and staying in different hotels. Requested reception to help book taxi to train station for early morning train to airport 2 days before departure. Reminded them evening before and was assured it has been done. Come time of pickup and no taxi came. Checked with reception and he said need to wait for taxi company to call back and need at least 20 minutes!! Requested him to expedite and he asked me to book uber myself!!!! Installed uber and got myself a vehicle and just in time for the train. Speechless"
