Everything perfect, except for the cleaning to be requested. They have a questionable room management system, but everything is always tidy and clean.

A newly built hotel with reasonable prices and chocolate-style decoration. There are free chocolates to eat at the front desk. Breakfast is relatively simple, you can buy it from the coop outside.

Situé dans le quartier de Marterey, un hôtel du Groupe 'Fassbind' sur la thématique du chocolat suisse, un concept plutôt original. Parmi les les éléments qui m'ont plu : Bonne situation géographique de l'hôtel proche du métro et des commerces... Un check-in facilité à l'avance (malheureusement initié en allemand, bizarre)... La fondue au chocolat à l'entrée... Un ascenseur silencieux... Une chambre confortable et joliment décorée... Du mobilier sympa et original dans la thématique du chocolat... Une literie confortable... Le nécessaire pour faire du thé... Parmi les éléments qui m'ont moins plu : Chambre double pas forcément très grande (mais OK pour une seule personne)... La décoration très/trop sombre de l'endroit, plus particulièrement les couloirs... Un ascenseur limite "asphyxiant" avec toute sa décoration intérieure... Le frigo qui n'était pas allumé dans la chambre à mon arrivée... Un safe de trop petite taille, pas de possibilité d'y loger un ordinateur portable... L'odeur très/trop "agrume" des produits de douche... Pas de savon liquide pour les mains, juste un petit morceau de savon traditionnel, et rien pour le poser... En 2024 un siège de toilette sans frein, franchement c'est étonnant... Globalement bien, sans plus.

Ottima posizione, bellissimo hotel, pulito, stanze grandi con tutti i confort. Personale gentile. Colazione a buffet buona. Consigliato per posizione e per la struttura. A fianco un ottimo negozio di cioccolato artigianale. A 2 passi dal lago.
