JjennydobrasilThe room was spacious and had good natural light. However, the bathtub's design felt quite hazardous and might not be suitable for guests over 60. Upon entering the room, there was a strong, acrid smell of renovation materials. We had to open the corridor window, the room door, and the room's floor-to-ceiling window to create a constant cross-breeze, which only gradually helped the smell dissipate.

We are pleased as the lady at the front desk kindly allow us an early check in.

AAnonymous UserThis hotel has a fantastic location, within walking distance of the train station. The uphill walk to the hotel almost killed me, but the room was spacious and the bathroom was clean. High floors offer a view of the lake. It's a great value. The subway is right next to the train station, and the lake is only a 5-minute walk away. Love it!

MM39591****The family of four stayed in two twin rooms. The location is very convenient and the service is very good. Because the water in the bridle is drinkable, there is no need for a kettle. Sanitation is relatively clean. The facilities are simple.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is located in a very convenient location, near both the metro and train station. The staff at the front desk and breakfast buffet were also very pleasant and friendly. Although there were a few hiccups with regards to the rooms conditions, when mentioned, the service recovery by front office staff Michelle was very fast and satisfactory! Thank you for making the stay more pleasant and enjoyable.
A travel guide book was also provided during check in that's shows the must sees and dos in Lausanne.

谢谢The entire Lausanne terrain has a large gap, so the roads are all slopes. Therefore, you must step seven or eight steps into the hotel, so you need to move your luggage. The hotel is more refined, that is, the room is not big, but there is a balcony, the overall feeling is a little old Keller. It is very close to a subway station, but we did not take the subway and walk.

XXiaogabeiThe people in the French-speaking area are generally more enthusiastic. The whole Lausanne is very beautiful. It is the most unforgettable place in the Swiss trip. The room service of this hotel is OK. The waiters in the restaurant and the lobby bathroom are very friendly. There is just a waitress in the swimming pool who has a bad attitude. The other staff are all good. It is 2 subway stops away from the train station. You can also walk from the train station, about 900 meters. Just walk straight to the lake after leaving the train station. The breakfast is OK. The room corridors are relatively new. Because we live in a new building, the corridors will have access control. There is a cafe opposite the hotel that is particularly delicious. You must go there. If you come to Lausanne next time, you will stay here again. Among the hotels I have stayed in Switzerland so far, this hotel is considered good. Later, we went to Grindelwald and stayed there. It was simply amazing. I miss Lausanne!

GGuest UserGo from Lausanne Railway Station to pay attention to take M1 subway station, remember not to walk to the mountain. Close to the subway station, very convenient, the front desk staff is very good.
