Carpet is totally wet at the entrance. Shower is stuck and the bathroom became a swimming pool. Likely happened to guest before me.

保保持热爱，奔赴山海I booked a room for 3 nights, but due to a temporary change in itinerary, I was unable to check in normally. For special reasons, I asked the platform to assist in communicating with the hotel. The application for cancellation or change was unsuccessful, which is a pity.

型型英帥靚正！The location is perfect. It is just on the right of the metro station which is opposite to the railway station.
The entrance of the hotel is not so obvious, and so be careful not to miss it.
We were given a quiet room as required, and in addition the room is really big with a balcony.
You can always get free iced drinks at the lobby as refreshments.
The staff members are professional and always carry a smile, which gives us a very good impression.

HHeicoWhen I arrived at the hotel, I discovered that the name of the hotel contained the word ”patients” and that there was an ambulance parked at the door. I realized that this hotel was special. Pass through, park in the garage, and check in. It turns out that this is a health hotel, connected to the nearby hospital. The entire hotel facilities are a bit like the domestic United Family style, very clean, comfortable and user-friendly, and the top terrace has an unparalleled view of the lake. The breakfast is also very rich, a great stay experience.

HHeyiOverall, it was a good experience—the reception staff, cleaners, and chefs were welcoming, and the room was clean.
The only issues were that the room was cold, and the WiFi was weak and unstable (5 nights in Feb 2025, Room 22x).
I gave 5 stars for location, cleanliness, and service, and 3 stars for facilities.

GGuest UserThe hotel is within walking distance to the lake and the city center. Chocolates and champagne are provided upon check-in. There are two small balconies in the living room and bedroom of the room, and you can see the lake in the distance. The French restaurant in the hotel is average, but the restaurants outside are even worse. The best thing is that the waiters in the restaurant are very handsome.
