This hotel gave its guests a newly renovated room that had a very strong smell. The problem was finally solved after an unremitting struggle. Fortunately, Ctrip argued for us. The WiFi was very poor and it was almost impossible to browse the web.
Other basic things like the environment are still first-class, after all, it is in Switzerland.
