Ibis Lausanne Centre

Everything else was acceptable, but the Wi-Fi was absolutely terrible. It was really hard to connect, and it would constantly disconnect. After about 10 minutes, the internet would suddenly freeze, and it would take half an hour to reconnect – you know the drill. I've stayed at many Ibis hotels, but the internet at this one was so bad it felt like I was in prison all night. I strongly advise against staying here.

Great location, very close to the cathedral. There's a large Coop City nearby, but it's closed on Sundays. The hotel reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel facilities are quite new. Please note that twin rooms come with two window types: sealed windows and regular windows. If you have a preference, please contact the front desk. If a room is available, they will allow early check-in. Slippers, toothbrushes, and toothpaste are not provided in the room, so please bring your own.

The room was very clean and tidy. We arrived at 9:00 AM and were able to check in by 10:00 AM once a room became available. The service was excellent, and it offers incredible value for money. This is a trustworthy hotel.

The hotel is ideally located right in the city center! It's close to shops and attractions. The staff are friendly, it's clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning in the room worked perfectly, which was crucial given it was +34 outside. The breakfasts are delicious. I definitely recommend this hotel!

Convenient location. Breakfast was a bit limited but acceptable. Staff were polite. Free bus tickets were provided throughout the stay.

The staff provided excellent service. Although you need to take a bus from the train station, there are frequent buses and the stop is just a short walk away. It's also very close and convenient for walking to the downtown area.

The location in Lausanne is very central, making it highly recommended for a city visit. The room was very clean, everything went smoothly, and the bed was very comfortable.
