非常不錯的酒店，朋友推薦的，房間精緻，大堂有泰國菜和意大利餐，也有喝咖啡和喝茶的地方，很適合商務出差，以後會常住

酒店是個環形建築，中心是花園，房間就在環形上。想要大點的空間所以訂了有三張單人床的房間。房間在三樓面向內部花園，很安靜。
健身房在地下一層，連着一間桑拿房。男女共用的桑拿房門上寫着“請自重他人的文化”。
離火車站很近，3-5分鐘步行。從火車站到酒店需要爬一段30度的陡坡，帶大件重行李的要緩行爬坡。不過洛桑本身就是一個山城，到處都是上下坡。
酒店提供一張免費交通卡，酒店旁邊就是地鐵站，出行很方便。這張交通卡可以免費搭火車去周邊的葡萄園，如小鎮CULLY。再遠到拉沃就要付費了。

前台服務員工作態度一般，不太支善。房間內沒有睡拖供應，要向前台問取。浴缸的去水淤塞，早上出酒店前已報告前台，但晚上回去還沒有處理。酒店沒有咖啡機，不夠貼心。

非常喜歡，看起來很高級，位置也特別好，離火車站，地鐵站都很近。酒店服務員熱情，絲滑入住，絲滑退房，非常滿意！攜程真的很靠譜，在國外也不用擔心訂不到酒店，一切很絲滑，非常棒的一次體驗！
