Nice location, modern room, fair price.
Carpet is totally wet at the entrance. Shower is stuck and the bathroom became a swimming pool. Likely happened to guest before me.
I mentioned but they didn’t do anything nor suggest to change the room. A pity

Good location 5 min walk from metro , comfy room , bottled water was recycled there , the guy on reception was very helpful with a lot of knowledge on the local area with directions and advice

The hotel and staff were brilliant. It truly exceeded my expectations. The room was lovely, pillows great ( I asked for synthetic ones) and the bed was comfortable and firm. The bathroom was lovely too. I had a huge panic after dropping my wallet in a taxi. But Sarah, one of the hotel team, was incredible. She was calm and helped me through my panic. She rang around and advised me what to do. I followed her advice and - miraculously - I found the taxi driver and my wallet. It would never have been possible without Sarah's help. Her colleague (Alf?) was also great. He was really friendly - and funny - and helpful. Nothing was a problem. The gym is a wonderful bonus and I had a good workout. I really do recommend this hotel. The location is also only 5-10 mins walk to a metro station. Thank you for my lovely stay!

Wir waren für ein Konzert in Lausanne und wurden in diesem Hotel sehr entgegenkommend empfangen. Die Lage zentral, ruhig und mit dem öffentlichen Verkehr sehr gut erreichbar. Das Zimmer geräumig, sehr praktisch und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, das Frühstücksbuffet im schönen Raum mit Fantasie bestückt. Da kommen wir gern wieder!
