This hotel is selling itself with having a pool, restaurant, coffeehouse, bar These are all closed - The hotel only provides breakfast The pool of which there are plenty of photos on their site and this site does not even belong to the hotel The pool and sun deck do not belong to the hotel although it is being marketed as such There is a crane outside the front door and the whole area is a noisy building site

Wir wählten das Hotel als Ausgangspunkt für einen Tagesausflug nach Cinque Terre. Das funktionierte perfekt, die Bahnstation ist nur 400 Meter entfernt. Im Hotel wurden wir Besitzer sehr freundlich empfangen. Er kümmerte sich während unseres Aufenthaltes perfekt um uns und am Service gab es überhaupt nichts auszusetzen. Das Frühstücksbüffet war ordentlich und mit einer ausreichenden Auswahl. Jedoch entsprach unser Zimmer nicht den Abbildungen im Internet. Wie das gesamte Hotel wirkte es in die Jahre gekommen. Beim genauen Hinsehen ließ auch die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig. Insgesamt zu teuer. Der recht hohe Preis ist wahrscheinlich der Region geschuldet.

Perfect. We were there for 7 days in the beginning of July. We had room with balcony towards the marina. Refrigerator in the room. Couple of hundred meters to public beach. Breakfast was really good. Room was cleaned every day. We really enjoyed our stay in the hotel and the charming city. We arrived by car and parked at the hotelparking. 10 euro a night which was abolutely perfect.

Siamo stati presso questa struttua per il ponte del 25 aprile. Ci ha soddisfatti completamente, camera pulita, completa di tutto, bagno un po piccolo ma comodo. Colazione ottima, sia per varietà che per qualità. Personale gentile e disponibile. Pregio ulteriore il parcheggio vicino che garantisce la comodità di non dover perdere tempo in quanto in zona i parcheggi sono sempre completi.

Hotel molto vecchio, colazione buona, posizione buona ,vista balcone(almeno il mio) su strada e quindi niente mare. Vicino all hotel passa il treno e si sente. Prezzo rispetto alla qualità alta. Non consigliato se non a prezzo molto conveniente.
