"Unfortunately, we are very dissatisfied with this hotel. For a high price, we received a room that felt more like a dorm. The furnishings were spartan, and the bathroom was an afterthought – so small you could barely move. Breakfast was made with poor quality ingredients and had very limited choices. Overall, I'm very disappointed that we paid much more for the room than it was worth."

"What an amazing place! I typically don't write reviews but this place deserves all the positive attention it can get. I chose this hotel at the last minute on my first trip to Italy. I was coming from Florence, and after a tiring train ride I arrived to the most friendly, positive staff at the front desk. I immediately was greeted with kindness and after an easy check in, I was sipping drinks and being served snacks poolside in no time. The views speak for themselves, and the surrounding town was cool to explore. Andrea the bartender was fantastic and went above and beyond with helping me plan the rest of my stay, as well as being super attentive to all the guests. Giuliano, the manager could not have been a more welcoming presence. He along with the rest of the staff were so accommodating, and I was able to actually learn a lot about the culture of the area and some "must see" activities. I can't speak highly enough of this beautiful place, the staff, thank you all for the amazing memories I will have for life. I hope to return in 2025."

"Please note that these are Italian sockets. Therefore, you won't be able to charge your phone. There's no other option. Bring an adapter for Italy. Otherwise, everything was fine, but not great."
