Top 5-Star Hotels in Laweyan

A good place for stay in Solo. Its location very strategic, you can just cross over the road to reach one of the famous mall in Solo, Solo Square. Although, it's quite risky to cross the road since the traffic was always busy and no security or police to help us to cross the road. Need some maintenance with AC of the rooms, but the service were pretty good although it is not up to Hyatt's faboulous hospitality standard of service.

The room is very comfortable and clean, starting from the arrival of security and bellboy swiftly providing assistance, the check in and check out process at the front office is also very super fast and the officers are very friendly in providing information. Breakfast was varied and delicious. The staff everywhere always greeted us in a friendly manner, a great experience. Thank you Aston Solo

I went here alone because I wanted to try something new last week. I was not dissapointed, the service was really nice and the room was also very comfortable. The breakfast food was really delightful and the sky lounge bar and pool had the best view.

The staff were super friendly. Variety of food for breakfast (and tasted good too, except the coffee latte and cappucino which was too much milk :) ). It worth the price. Highly recommended for families and vacation. Too bad the pool were under maintenance. Btw the cooler at the room was not cold enough to put your ice cream.

I can't find any other word to describe this Hotel that fits more than Exceed Expectation. I stayed here for six nights, and almost every day, the Housekeeper made some cute animal towels in the room, not to mention that the room was brand new and sparkly clean. Let's talk about Breakfast. I was surprised by how wide the varieties of Breakfast were, starting from authentic Solo delicacies, Indonesian dishes, and some Western options. Aside from that, all of them were Yummy! For the price I paid. Worth the bucks. If I compare it with some hotels I have stayed in outside Indonesia, Solia Zigna is still the winner. On the second day of my stay, I remember the staff from Front Desk sent me some chocolate to the room, talking about exceptional service! Thank you so much. I would say this Hotel is very suitable for someone who wants to chill on holiday and make a short business trip to Solo. Next to the Hotel building, there is Canting Londo Restaurant, the perfect place to set up some business meetings or meet up with some clients. Later it's nice to walk around Kampung Batik Laweyan, Located right behind the Hotel (exit from the Front Desk door ). Overall this Hotel deserved Five stars review from me. For the Price - Location - Food and Beverage - and Service, IT SO WORTHED! See you again Solia Zigna. Thank you for everything PS: One little note, I wish they provide plant base milk for a Lactose Intolerance person like me. ( even if it's not free but at least they provide some ) but no Judge, most restaurant or Coffee shop in Solo doesn't have Plant base milk.

Stay hear for improptu 3 days trip to Solo. It is located near Stasiun Balapan Solo and in the middle of the city. The furniture need new improvement, the table where I stayed is quite slanted hence too afraid to put anything on top of it. It is a well known hotel, so you can use various transportation to go there, including Solo Train. Best thing is the room is clean, they clean and refill bath amenities everyday.

The security guard's greeting was ok, the cashier to check in was friendly, there was a small incident in the room using the lift to the 2nd floor, the lift suddenly closed by itself when my wife was about to enter, her hands weren't clamped, usually the lift won't close if there are still people, but it's ok. deluxe room has a king bed, has a work desk, lounge chairs, has a refrigerator, storage for things, a large cupboard, the bathroom has a bathtub, hot water. The receptionist's telephone number is answered quickly, there is a spa, free swimming pool, free gym, free sauna , and the most awaited food in the restaurant is a lot of choice, it's delicious, like a 4 star hotel. If you're in Solo, I think you'll still choose Sunan as a place to rest. Thank you Sunan for accompanying me on my holiday, I hope the service will be maintained and improved again. I stayed with my family only for transit on the Bali-JKT trip. When we arrived it was raining, there was no security guarding the front of the hotel, so we went back and forth to get our own things in the car in the rain. The front of the hotel is being renovated. When I wanted to check in, I saw the receptionist playing on his cellphone. We booked a superior room. The room is a bit cramped. When we wanted to order food, no one answered the phone. My husband went straight to the restaurant, it turned out the employees were chatting. For breakfast there is not much variety. What a bad experience staying here. Hopefully this can be of concern to hotel management. Thank You.
