GGuest User1. Location and Accessibility: The hotel’s location is its strongest asset. Situated in the heart of the city, it provides effortless access to major transport hubs and local attractions. For a traveler who values efficiency, being within walking distance of prime dining spots and the business district was a significant ”feature” that saved me hours of commuting. 2. Check-in and Service: The check-in process was optimized and bug-free. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, processing my reservation with impressive speed. I was particularly impressed by the concierge team; their local knowledge was like a well-curated API for the city—whenever I had a query about hidden gems or logistical routes, they provided precise and helpful ”outputs.” 3. Room Quality and Comfort: The room was a sanctuary of modern design. The interface—meaning the room layout—was intuitive and spacious. I was assigned a suite on the 14th floor, offering a panoramic view of the skyline. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, providing excellent ”uptime” for my sleep quality. The soundproofing was robust, effectively filtering out the urban white noise, and the high-speed Wi-Fi was stable enough for heavy data lifting and video conferencing without any latency issues. 4. Facilities and Dining: The breakfast buffet offered a diverse array of options, catering to various dietary requirements. Whether it was the fresh pastry station or the made-to-order omelets, the quality of the ingredients was top-tier. I also utilized the fitness center and the infinity pool; both were well-maintained, clean, and never overly crowded, providing a great environment to decompress after a long day of work. Final Verdict: In conclusion, [Hotel Name] operates with the precision of a well-oiled machine while maintaining the warmth of traditional hospitality. It is a perfect choice for both business professionals and leisure travelers who demand high standards. I would not hesitate to ”re-run” this experience and highly recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a premium stay

QQiuchenQiuchenThe hotel offers great value for money and is conveniently located. It's just one tram stop from the main train station, then a short walk. There are restaurants across the street and shops downstairs. Overall, it's a good deal, but the cleanliness could be improved.

GGuest UserHad a great experience compared to my previous stay on a different B&B which located in Magdeburg. Receptionist was so nice and smiley when we came in at 6pm. Room is nice too and smells great. My only disappointment was the breakfast, it's your typical German breakfast, mostly breads, schinken and similar stuff and it costed a bit expensive for a simple breakfast. Overall, had a great stay.,Tourist spots are walkable from where we stay. I highly recommend this place.

AAnonymous UserThe hostel itself is very nice but in an old building where the stairs and the room floor are making noises. The courtyard was closed on my second night so it was quit to have some sleep. The rooms have lockers which is very nice but there aren‘t sockets on every bed. A curtain would be nice too. Don‘t know why german hostels are not having any curtains. It was of course very hot inside but it was a cooler day so leaving the windows open was at least an option. Some guests were loud and running up and down the stais. I suggest to tell the people during check in to keep their voices down during quit time. They have coffee and breakfast which was good.

GGuest UserIt’s a creative and colorful place with an exceptionally friendly staff! :) The location is great. Affordable places to eat and a Rewe are very close. The building is located in a quite backyard. You can sleep like a baby in the wild heart of the Neustadt and you can easily go to bars and dancing locations or have a drink at their own bar in the same building. Across the street you can dance at the „Ostpol“, Glühwein and beer gardens, designers and tons of art are just around the corner. I recommend leaving the tram at the „Bischofsweg“ station. There is also a Café at that corner where you can get gluten-free pancakes 😍

GGuest UserI really like the hotel. It was clean and the location is in the city center. It was my first day in Germany and I got good welcoming and good place to sleep after for a long transfer (over 20 hs flight) and before going to the registration at school on the next day. Even though the price was quite high but it was worth it. Only one paintpoint was that taxi could not enter to the street, so it was difficult for me to drag my 2 big luggages out to the main street. Overall was great!

MMartin MenySuperior Double Room 1. Self Check-in Automat is very self-conscious, presents as birth year 2008 and cannot be corrected. All data already entered during the booking are not automatically available, but must be entered again. 2. Door closed without function, good half hour waiting for housemaster. There are left-hand telephone slips before reaching the hotline/noise number, I don't understand this under an emergency number. It would have been better to provide an alternative room immediately. 3. No invoice corresponding to the booking / the amount paid. (Invoice amount is 20% lower than the invoice amount. What is that for a booking / you could also use the word fraud and/or tax evasion. As a business traveler, this is a whole disaster Conclusion: as a business traveler, the hotel is completely inappropriate

AAgenor BotelhoExcellent location, close to everything. Just a few steps away from the city's main historical attractions, as well as various bars, restaurants, markets, and pharmacies — all easily accessible on foot. The bed is excellent, and the room, although medium-sized, is relatively modern and comfortable. Ideal for those planning a short tourist stay, using the hotel primarily for rest and sleep after sightseeing.

JJudith YouAlthough the location isn't near the train station, the city isn't large. It's just three stops on tram number 11 from the new city train station, then a five or six-minute walk. While the bathrooms are shared, they are clean and well-designed, making them easy to use. There's free coffee at the reception on the first floor, and free tea bags in the kitchen. The kitchen isn't large, but it's very clean, and there are free sections in the refrigerator and showers, which I found particularly convenient, preventing people from wasting things they don't need. The front desk staff were very helpful in activating my SIM card; their attitude was quite good. My only complaint is that my phone often connected to the Wi-Fi but couldn't access the internet. This happened with both of my phones; I haven't encountered this in other hostels. I don't know if it's a problem with my phone or the Wi-Fi.
