While the hotel is clean and nice the check in process was horrible the person working 3-11-4-12 had a very nasty attitude. My husband and I went out to eat and go to a spa with friends and got back to the hotel around 3 am when we came out to go to breakfast we found that several cars in the lot has been vandalized but having their windows busted including ours. The hotel staff was outside trying to clean the glass away before people go out to see what happened luckily we got out there before they could get to the glass near our window so we didn’t have any proof or photos to take. I didn’t feel safe staying there another night if I was able to get my window fixed for fear thatthh ge try would bust it again. Unfortunately with the Memorial Day holiday no one could come out so we ended up having to tape the window up and schedule an appt back home 4 hours away. I do not recommend staying here if you value your vehicle because they will remind you they have a sign posted it’s at your own risk as if you can fold your car up and take it with you!

In particular, one MVP, the Operations Manager named (Gee).   Gee’s leadership and oversight is felt throughout the hotel and property; as she goes over and beyond to ensure that Sonesta Simply Suites / Atlanta Gwinnett Place customers and tenants have exceptional experiences. All service-centric businesses (hotels) have different touch-points (operations, check-in, front-desk, housekeeping, memberships, parking, etc.) throughout their organization. At each touch-point customers can recognize her DNA which is very apparent.     Moreover, my family and I love both the character and the charm of this hotel - Sonesta Simply Suites / Atlanta Gwinnett Place which does not give you the routine chain hotel vibe at all. Sonesta Simply Suites / Atlanta Gwinnett Place has hit an “HOME RUN” within the Gwinnett County Community and with our family. It is our most generous pleasure to write this review giving Sonesta Simply Suites / Atlanta Gwinnett Place, Gēe (Operations Manager) and her staff the highest review and would rate them 11 out of the 5 STARS model.

Our room was clean and our bed was comfortable. Good to have a microwave and refrigerator. TV was large! Plenty of hot water. Our room was quiet - we couldn't hear sounds from anyone else's room or outside much and the heat/AC unit was quiet as well. The staff was pleasant at check-in and check out. This hotel is an excellent value - I will choose it again when we are in the area.

Very clean, friendly staff, good breakfast. Room was ready & clean, plenty of towels. WIFI instructions easy to follow & TV remote & instructions same. Ice machine easily accessable. I would stay here next time we are in the area.

It's a hotel for no more a couple of nights, but still acceptable

I liked it because it is very clean and newly built hotel, good parking area.
