Unfortunately he is no longer the Prince we left before Covid. Many little cuddles are no longer there... No herbal teas in the wellness center... Children splashing in the pool... Breakfast coffee with the machine... They were small details that made the difference with other places of the same level... I sorry but we were disappointed because we had been there many times and always very satisfied.

Breakfast was superb! The lobby/reception was refurbished however, the rest of the hotel you could see it is a little bit old. It’s 3/4 buildings, with elevators and exterior doors connecting which is not nice, because if I went to get down to the reception I need to go “outside” and then get into the elevator. In this time of the year is a constant hot/cold going from the bedroom to another facility. Bed wasn’t that comfortable also and made some noise. Overall, the cleaning was good and people were very friendly! It was a good stay. If they refurbish the rest of the hotel or making it more cozy would have very potential.

This was our last stop in Italy for 6 nights, we were a family of 4 and had 2 rooms. There was a slight confusion with one of our rooms as we wanted a twin and had to wait a while for the double bed, which was actually 2 single beds zipped together, to be prepared by house keeping as a twin. However, the rooms were a really good size and clean - with what I would expect for 4 stars. We had opted to pay extra for a deluxe room, which on the website stated in had a free mini-bar, which turned out to be 2 cans of beer and 2 bottles of water, we had to ask for the water to be replenished, for a 4 star I would of expected it to be replenished without asking. The hotel facilities were really good - bar & restaurant recently renovated. As it was still technically off-season, the bar menu wasn't available, although the menus were put out onto the tables everyday, I am guessing as it had the drinks in there. The breakfast was good and although busy in morning we did get a table. A special shout out to the what we think was the restaurant manager, Filipio, the hours he worked were long, we saw him late into the. Night then early at breakfast the next day - but he always had a smile and would always have time to have a chat with us to see how we are. The reception staff were also great and always on hand to help. If you want a relaxing resort type venue then this is the one! We used the spa & and trea**ents, and the facilities were excellent! However, to get into the main area of Lazise it is roughly a 10min taxi journey or 30min walk (be warned the footpaths aren't great and lots of cycle lanes) We ended paying 30 euros each day on taxis which you can order at reception and on the way back you call a number at a taxi rank you can find at the main entrance to Lazise. Overall, it was a nice hotel with great facilities and great staff, location not that great .

We frequented the property when the old ownership was there. Now we have returned at least 5 years later. The changes made to the reception, bar and dining room areas are beautiful. The result is a more airy and usable environment. The staff are ok, from the waiters to the receptionists and a special thanks to Mrs. Giada (receptionist) very friendly/professional who helped me from booking to checkout. Clean and well kept room (Junior suite). A little awkward to reach in bad weather. Used half board service, good and I would even say abundant dishes. The only flaw was the layout of the breakfast buffet, black stuff, but too concentrated in small spaces, there wasn't much space to place the plate to fill. The two hot drink dispensers are also inconvenient, ok they have everything, but they create queues, slowing down the withdrawal times and causing the onset of the usual crafty people who skip the queue. For me to review the sweets depar**ent, little choice and non-Home_made products. Despite this I think I'll go back, in fact I've already booked. Well done, you can improve with little effort. I advise! 👍

Cons: - Very, very low quality/price ratio of the restaurant: exorbitant prices, absolutely average dishes, inadequate service (they made a mistake in bringing several dishes) and, much more seriously, in my bread basket there were insects (of which I attach photos)!!!!! - Many of the rooms are located outside the main structure, so to reach the spa you need to go outside with a bathrobe and slippers (not exactly the best in winter...). The same goes for breakfast - The open shower causes the bathroom to flood (literally, with an inch of water on the ground) every time - The wi-fi does not reach all the rooms - Before check-in we tried to book dinner at the hotel restaurant by calling the hotel. Their phone didn't work, and after trying to call back 3 times, the hotel reception assured us that they would contact the restaurant and have us call them back. This did not happen, we had to call back a few hours later. Pros: - Very beautiful and well-kept structure - Excellent position to reach Lazise, Bardolino and many other surrounding places - Structure surrounded by greenery - Well-made spa - Rich and good breakfast

All very nice, but the only negative note was dinner. Dishes prepared but not cooked well. Pasta rinsed and not mixed with the sauce. Furthermore, there is no tablecloth or placemat on the tables and the cutlery is placed directly on the table, which I would say is not very hygienic. Despite everything it was a nice weekend, the wellness area was fabulous, the rooms and hotel were top clean and I must say that the furnishings were also very detailed.

Highly recommended hotel, not available at all. We had booked for a weekend with 3 boys, paying by credit card. After an 800 km car journey, they did not accept us because one of the boys only had a digital document. Despite our request to ask the manager, he did not they allowed us to stay. All the other hotels in the area did not have any kind of problem with the document. In the end it went much better, we found a much superior structure and super kind.
