"Our family spent 6 days and 5 nights at Quellenhof Lazise over Christmas, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the unforgettable experience at this five-star resort. House & Room: We stayed in a pristine 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom home with a private pool, hot tub, sauna, and nearby courts for tennis, racquetball, and pickleball. We loved the thoughtful touches like a welcome bottle of champagne, fresh fruit, and daily replenished coffee, tea, and water—so convenient for our family of four. The home’s privacy and alarm system offered peace of mind, and swimming in our private pool under the winter sun (2–8°C) was simply magical. The extra surprise of a Michelin-starred Panettone on Christmas Eve was icing on the cake! Transport & Location: We rented an electric car in Verona, and the resort provided a daily charging option—super handy for our excursions to Verona (only 30 minutes away) and the gorgeous ski resort of Brentenico. We also loved the shuttle service to the local village of Lazise, with its charming Christmas markets and shops. Activities: One highlight was the resort’s e-bike tour led by Thomas, where we explored wine, olive, and apple valleys, stopping at local villages for coffee and shopping. Another favorite was the resort’s daily gym classes—I even learned some Latin dance steps! The spa’s guided sauna sessions and peaceful steam room were perfect for relaxing, and the adult-only area let us parents enjoy thermal pools while our teens had their own fun. Service & Amenities: The staff at Quellenhof were wonderful—from the resort manager spending time with us on Christmas Eve, to Santa Claus’s special visit, to the friendly concierge, drivers, and cleaners. We also enjoyed top-notch massages at the spa and the convenient hair/nail salon for holiday pampering. Every part of the stay felt thoughtfully designed and customer-focused. Restaurant Experience: Food lovers, you’re in for a treat. Alessandro (Manager/Sommelier) and his team patiently guided us through incredible menus, satisfying even the pickiest eaters. The variety of daily dishes—including vegetarian, gluten-free, and kid-friendly options—was fantastic. Every plate was a work of art, and the extensive wine list was expertly curated (my partner is a self-professed wine snob!). Getting to know staff like Carmen, Danilo, and Thomas made our meals memorable. Our only regret is not ending our Italian trip here—the 5-star hotel we stayed at afterward in Venice just didn’t compare. We can’t wait to explore more properties from the same group. "We went in September. We stayed for two nights. We booked the hotel for Gardaland, and we didn't regret it. It's a 10-minute walk away. Breakfast was included in the booking. The breakfast was excellent, with delicious coffee and juices, and a varied buffet. There's a nice pool on site. The room was clean and cozy, and Alexa was available."

"I stayed at the Corte Valier twice with my husband and my parents four times. We are every time amazed by this hotel. First, food is amazing, the variety of choices at the buffet, the quality of the food is one of the best. Everything you want, they make it for you. We celebrated the New Year's and it was a blast! The apetizers buffet was huge, it took place in the main hall area up to the bar. There was a photographer who took us beautiful pictures in front of the 2025 decoration. Then we went in the dining area for the dinner, it was so well-organised that it went so quickly. The entertainment with the live singers was lovely. They gave us the bottle to open up and from the lake we could see all the fireworks. Then we went for the dessert buffet, it was a dream! The disco music was so fun. We enjoyed so much. The room was perfectly clean, they came also during dinner time to put it in order. The hotel is going under some maintenance, such as the outside area in the swimming pool. I will also focus on the cleaning of the indoor swimming pool. Staff is extremely polite, it looks like to be in a large family. We will come back!"

"Good Location, nice food and generally a nice hotel but.....for a four star hotel, I would have expected my children to be able to use the hangout areas to have been included - not additional charge for children to be able to play pool. Also the internal Jacuzzi was very cold, as was the external Jacuzzi and swimming pool - so we werent able to use it as much as we had planned. "

"An expensive, Small boutique hotel, 14 rooms, 6 lake facing on the Lazsie promenade. Offers only basic b&b accommodation and poor overall value. The elderly and guests with limited mobility, dropped off by coach need to be aware they face a walk with their luggage as Vehicular access is limited to cars. No formal reception, access is via a key pad on the side of the building which can be tricky to find on market day. The restaurants under the hotel are not associated to the hotel and seem unaware that there is a hotel above. Rooms are sparsly furnished with no drawers and limited hanging space, more suited to short stays. Lack of handrails on the stairs is concerning. Outside can be very noisy at times. Spotlessly clean and frendly staff."

"My niece and I stayed in this lovely guest house on our first trip to lake Garda. Mauricio and Luana were such a nice couple and nothing was too much trouble, even being driven in the family car to the train station to catch a train to Venice! This is their family home with 4 rooms which they rent out on the ground level. Our room was small but comfortable and very clean. Outside each room there are sunbeds and a parasol in the garden. The breakfast was continental and plentiful. The house was a little bit out of the way so we had a 15 min walk to beach and the town square which had about 6 restaurants but mostly selling same type of food. If you wanted to see more of Garda I would advise a car, although we used the bus most days it was quite a walk to bus stop. If your looking for a quieter side of Lake Garda and don't mind driving or walking, I recommend this beautiful house. There is also plentiful parking."
