Decent hotel not too far from le gosier center. The private beach is a highlight, the staff was more than helpful and friendly.

Pool and beach very good. Room was a good size, kitchen only had minimum of utensils. No water at property for last 3 days was a problem

Suite à un congrès au vélodrome de Baie Mahault, nous avons séjourné dans cet total de Canella Beach pendant deux semaines. Le personnel est très agréable et toujours prêt à rendre service. Calme et reposant. Les petits déjeunes à la Véranda sont très agréables chaque matin avec vue sur la plage et la mer. Je recommande vivement.

Really rundown. The beach and pool were nice, which is why they can charge what they do, but the rest of the hotel was in bad shape and the food was a sorry affair. So glad we were there one night only until we could get into our other hotel. It would have ruined our vacation if we’d had to spend the entire trip there

Petit hôtel, construction vieillissante, réception minuscule. Longue attente pour recevoir nos chambres, la nôtre ne respectant pas la réservation, réponse: L'hôtel est plein, on ne peut pas changer. Hors de question que nous venions en vacances en couple pour dormir sur deux lits simples! Au bout de quelques heures supplémentaires, nous avons eu une nouvelle chambre de niveau supérieur. Le resto face à la mer, sympa le matin, pas bon et cher le soir. La cuisinette est bien pratique. Quelques bons resto pas loin. La plage toute petite mais jolie. L'eau est EXTRÊMEMENT TROUBLE, je n'ai jamais vu mes orteils, à peine mes doigts. Beaucoup de pélicans, qui trouvent continuellement des poissons. Un canal EXTRÊMEMENT PUANT borde l'hôtel et devrait se jeter dans la mer pas loin. ÇA LÈVE LE CŒUR. J'ai fini par éviter de me baigner par dégoût. On sortait de l'hôtel tous les jours pour aller nous baigner ailleurs. La Guadeloupe est belle, pleine de belles plages. Si vous aimez la puanteur, c'est la bonne place.
