Very dirty room but hey that's not the problem,
Only ants everywhere and we are not the only customers to complain. And they didn't want to change rooms or refund us

I spent three nights at the Zenitude hotel. My stay went relatively well. Being a regular on the site, I already knew where I was going. It's a fairly interesting hotel in terms of quality and price. That's why I I go there often but I am forced to note that from year to year there is a deterioration of the place due to a certain negligence particularly with regard to the maintenance of the rooms which in my opinion is not done seriously (obsolete equipment ; torn curtain; bay window that does not close properly; burnt out light bulbs that are not changed, etc.). In a previous evaluation that I had written concerning this same hotel as part of another stay I had already complained of numerous inconveniences which add up to those that I have just mentioned. I hope that the owners will react to rectify all this because if there is no change I think I would choose another destination for my weekend

Les rideaux méritent d’être changés c'est vraiment viellot : à revoir par contre.
Côté Prao : notre chambre n'a pas du tout été nettoyée pendant les 4 jours ni les serviettes changées.

Si vous aimez être réveillé toutes les nuits à 3h du matin par les chants des coqs qui se promenent librement dans les jardins, chants stridents qui durent TOUTE la nuit, dans ce cas bienvenue au zenitude qui n'en porte que le nom. Vous retrouverez ces memes volatiles (et d'autres) picorer direct dans votre assiette votre petit déjeuner... L'hôtel est vétuste, beaucoup de chose dégradées mais non réparées depuis longtemps l'ascenseur ressemble à un monte charge, prise arrachée dans la chambre, kitchenette en mauvais état, poils et cheveux dans les douches....je m'arrête là la coupe est pleine...nous repartons plus fatigués qu'à notre arrivée...nous n'avions jamais passé un séjour aussi déplorable. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel. Le quartier du gosier n'est pas non plus des plus accueillant...Fort heureusement la guadeloupe est magnifique et nous y reviendrons sûrement mais pas de ce genre d'hôtel.

Pas de fenêtre dans la chambre et vraiment aéré balcon du côté d'un salon avec un divan très âgé j'ai très mal dormi je ne recommande pas cet endroit à moins de payer beaucoup plus cher pour être du côté mer

Bel endroit et bien situé pour accéder aux diffentes activitées. Nous avions un appartement au Prao avec un grand salon, une grande chambre, 2 salles de bain et une cuisinette sur le balcon. La piscine et la plage sont accueillantes. Le personnel est disponibles.

Un séjour magnifique en Guadeloupe mais un séjour navrant dans cet hôtel. Et oui pas d'eau potable pendant notre séjour compensée par 2 bouteilles d'eau par jour par personne et 1 heure d'eau par jour. Pas de WIFI dans les chambres. Piscine interdite mais utilisée par les locaux le week end sans autorisation qui rentrent dans cet hôtel d'une facilité surprenante. Coktail servi dans des gobelets en carton ainsi que les repas, attente au café. Tout ceci n'est pas digne d'un 3 étoiles et quoi en dédommagement ? Remise de 20% au bar!!!! On demande à la fin du séjour une attestation spécifiant que nous n'avions pas eu d'eau potable pendant notre séjour ; refusée par la direction ! Pourquoi puisque c'est la vérité ? Une réaction très surprenante et qui ne va pas dans le sens de la satisfaction des clients.
