Breakfast was poor and coffee was served cold. We had a sea view junior suite, the view was beautiful, the room was very dated but was fine for our 2 night stay.

We were given a room with a broken bed and broken aircon. They were able to move us to another room the next day, but weren't overly friendly about it. I expected better service. Not great value for money. Pool is lovely.

J’ai l’habitude de venir tous les ans, cette année cela a été un cauchemar, climatisation défaillante, on a pris la chambre supérieure la plus cher avec terrasse, la femme de ménage qui gronde ma fille car elle a laissé la porte fenêtre ouverte délibérément pour profiter de la terrasse. Personnel très très désagréable, même odieux à part la dame qui fait les omelettes, Patrice de la bagagerie horrible, Allan était merveilleux.
2 jours sans serviettes de bain !!!! On a du insister pour les obtenir. Salle de bain pas d’eau chaude dans la douche et 1 filet d’eau… porte de la terrasse très dure à ouvrir et à fermer… on a du aussi réclamer du papier toilettes !!!!
Le cadre est pourtant magnifique, gâché par le personnel très mal poli… et chambre pas entretenue.
Les enfants ne sont pas pris au sérieux quand ils demandent quelque chose pourtant ils payent le prix fort !!!
J’espère que l’hôtel retrouvera sa réputation…

This was our third trip to La Creole Beach hotel and we had a wonderful stay! The buffet food was terrific, the service was efficient, and the beach is always beautiful. You almost don't want to recommend this gem because what makes it great is that it is more laid back than a lot of traditional hotels in the Caribbean. You don't have to fight for a seat at the pool or beach and it really is the definition of relaxation on such a beautiful island.

Bel hotel, chambre correct sauf si vous avez comme nous une fuite dans l'aération hahahah! le personnel est hyper charmant! belle piscine et belle plage ! les cocktails sont assez cher je trouve 13 euro mais bon on est en vacances...le petit déjeuner se prend face a la plage et c'est vraiment bon et agréable. Mon seul bémol également c'est qu'il n'y a pas de balcon aux étages....une terrasse pour ceux qui ont la chance d'être au rez de chaussée..... sinon a recommander!

Le lieu est très beau néanmoins le service n’est pas à la hauteur … Les chambres sont très mal insonorisées, on entend le coq du quartier toute la nuit , pas de place de parking pour se garer quand on es t client du complexe, du coup s’il y a un mariage ou anniversaire plus de place , sans compter le bruit toute la nuit.Durant une semaine le ménage n’a jamais été fait avant 15 h. Heureusement qu’il y avait les sympathiques bagagistes pour nous rappeler le 4 étoiles

Tout le complexe hôtelier est vraiment très bien . Je recommande . Super chouette pour passer de très belles vacances . Le personnel est au top ; propreté rien a redire . On y mange très bien . la faune et la flore est vraiment intéressante et agréable.
