Friendly and recent hotel located at the entrance to the city. A few steps from the bus and train station. Everything is done well on foot.

By booking 3 days first, I extended another 2 days because the hotel is very good. I didn't eat breakfast because I like to make my own coffee in the room with the provided kettle, and it's cute to take a bath in the bathtub. Behind the hotel, the bridge quickly leads to the Primark Shopping Center or the other side of the university, then into Boulevard Joffre, leading to the new Coty Center and Fnac Refuge on a rainy day. This is a boulevard with many shops.

Large and functional room, excellent breakfast. Restaurant staff lovely, attentive and very helpful. The hotel reception team offers a single cleaning visit over 4 nights which I find sufficient but in the end no cleaning visit. And above all no toilet brushes in the rooms supposedly for a question of hygiene…

As a family, we were looking forward to an overnight stay with a delicious French breakfast after seeing the great pictures of the breakfast. While the hotel was very nice, the breakfast was a complete disappointment. The brioches, croissants, pain au chocolats, etc. shown in the pictures were not offered at breakfast, but there was cheap toast to toast and some strange ice-cold cake on the bar counter. And we paid €12 per person for that. It's a shame that this spoiled the end of the stay. Other guests were also very surprised, having apparently been just as deceived by the breakfast pictures on the internet. At least: the dinner we had in the hotel was delicious.

Clean hotel and room, nice decor, very well placed in relation to the docks square (8-10 min walk), free parking shared with McDonald's. Very good value for money. The only negative aspect is the 3rd floor rooftop with extremely loud music until 1am. Maybe find out if there is a party planned the night you want to sleep there.

Benefits. Parking in front of the hotel. Located near the Docks Vauban shopping center where there are several restaurants. The city center is close, less than 10 minutes by car. A restaurant, Bistro Régent Le Havre, is located in the hotel and a good sweet and savory breakfast is served there. The room was clean as was the bathroom. Welcoming staff once you arrive at the main entrance! Value for money. Beautiful decoration. Disadvantages. Hotel not very welcoming at the moment as parts are under construction and especially since I had difficulty finding the main entrance! It was confusing at first. Lukewarm room in February. A little more heating would have been appreciated. Window which can only be tilted into the bedroom for ventilation. Please note, the bathtub is without a carpet.

We decided to treat ourselves to a light getaway without the children but without going too far away. Although still slightly under construction we were able to relax and walk around and enjoy a very good dinner and a hearty breakfast. The staff were very welcoming (the warm and humorous receptionist as well as Nicolas the cook and Marion his assistant) a welcome bottle awaited us. Thank you to the whole team for your devotion and we look forward to seeing you again.
