Hotel is not a luxury hotel, but it's clean, no bad smell. People are helpful. The food from the hotel restaurant was great!

Basic room but very clean, reception staff is great, we visited on the day when the Olympic Torch was passing through so there were special arrangements for parking and shuttles, but it was well-explained upon check-in. Note: if you’re arriving by car you need an access code from the hotel to enter the gates to the hotel zone, if you book through trip.com the hotel will not email you directly, remember to contact the hotel for the code after you book.

An extremely bad experience! You can’t drive in unless you get the parking code and contact the hotel before arriving the hotel, which we complete didnt know and I have to park the car outside and want ten minutes to the reception to get the code! The reception lady’s attitude is very bad as well and not that helpful! Have a smell inside the lobby although the room is tidy! Breakfast is just normal stuff, not worth to eat there! Don’t make a wrong reservation and have to ensure the date are correct since the hotel won’t let you change immediately after making payment and you have to book for another day and pay again even you email the hotel, which made me very angry!! Overall speaking, a fucking bad experience there.

Fantastic place directly next to Mont Saint Michel. We brought our bikes with us and enjoyed biking a round the area and biking directly to the Mont Saint Michel avoiding the long shuttle bus queues. Very friendly and helpful hotel staff and good restaurant. The only small problem we had was getting through the entry gate to the area. There was a long queue of cars and almost everyone struggled getting through. When it was our turn we realized that we needed a code. A quick call to the hotel, who provided us the code, and problem solved.

Mercure Mont Saint Michel is conveniently located 1.5 mile from the main attraction. Room was small but good enough for a one night stay. Overall the space was clean and free parking was available. The lady at the reception desk was very helpful and welcoming. I would recommend this hotel .

Except for the price, everything else is good. But this area may be closer to the Sainte-Mont, so it is not cheap. The window is big, and it is very healing to sit on the sofa and look at the trees in the yard. There is a free shuttle bus to Mont Saint-Michel at the door, or you can walk. The stop to the train station is also at the door, which is very convenient.

The parking fee is flat, but it is very annoying to get the password first. You need someone who can speak English to help you call, but the most important thing is to ask for the password on the other side... In the end, you can't get in. Someone nearby can help and ask the staff to open it. 😂 But I can tolerate the 6 mosquitoes 24 hours a day. The room is average and the breakfast is average. Remember to make a reservation for dinner first.

The room and bathroom are quite large, right inside the scenic area, and you can drive into the scenic area. The shuttle bus is right in front of the hotel, which is very convenient for coming back from the night tour. Although the facilities are average, they are sufficient, the hot water is quite large, and it is a very comfortable hotel.

The breakfast is the worst I've ever had. The town environment is nice, but the room is like the facilities of a domestic hotel. I booked the best room. Not recommended.
