This Hotel is complely Overrated and sad feeling and very Bad value for the 700 Euro per night , the property is run by inexperienced staff , property is in poor state and run down as most of the sun beds are very dirty and covered in sun cremes , breakfast in the room was a joke as they delivered 1 coffee for 2 people and 1 plate for 2 people ?? Rooms were dirty however Towels were ok but generally the property is filthy !!!

Le Bailli de Suffren est un bijou, un secret à bien garder ! Son emplacement directement sur la plage, dans une anse protégée du Rayol permet d'e profiter de la mer sans aucune contrainte. Son architecture assure à chaque chambre (étages élevés) une vue sans limite sur les Iles. Son personnel est d'une exquise courtoisie et d'une grande efficacité. Ses différentes restaurants et la qualité de sa cuisine encouragent à rester sur place ! Sa piscine et ses équipements permettent un farniente actif qui remet en forme.

Nous nous réjouissions de séjourner au Bailli, charmés par les très belles photos du site web. La déconvenue n'en a été que plus forte, malheureusement. L'accueil à notre arrivée, indigent : deux dames pianotaient sur leur ordinateur, nous faisant attendre plusieurs minutes au comptoir ; nous étions seuls, il était 21h. Le restaurant L'Escale, mal tenu, mobilier collant et cuisine grossière. Les textiles de toutes les assises et transats, tachés et en mauvais état. Mais, plus globalement, c'est la nonchalance et la fatigue de l'équipe qui nous a le plus perturbés : aucun collaborateur ne donne l'impression d'être heureux de faire son métier dans cet établissement. La qualité du service est moyenne, peu enthousiaste et moyennement professionnelle, à l'exception de quelques gestes bien réalisés (loup en croûte de sel bien cuit et présenté, chambre bien tenue par le housekeeping, cuisinier du petit déjeuner souriant et serviable). Notre chambre était jolie et propre, conforme à sa description, bien que les rideaux blancs étaient mouchetés d'un nuage de petites taches marron, et le fauteuil en grosses mailles tricotées encrassé par la poussière. Cet hôtel nous a fait l'impression d'un établissement pas ou mal managé (personnel laissé à lui même, procédures lâches). Un hôtel mal aimé par son personnel et ses propriétaires. Nous ne le recommandons pas.

Je recommande de prendre une chambre avec vue mer, on ne se lasse pas de la vue. Le personnel est très accueillant et serviable, même si pour le prix on s'attendait à mieux. Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et silencieuses. Le petite déjeuner est EXTRAORDINAIRE. Des 3 restaurants, nous avons adoré la piscine et l'escale. Le loup de mer avait une carte moins attirante pour nous. La séance de SPA a été fantastique. Cerise sur le gâteau l'hôtel dispose d'un voiturier à la fois compétent et sympathique. Seule ombre au tableau, le manque de transats et de parasols pour le piscine et la mer par rapport au nombre de résidents et l'obligation de réserver d'un jour sur l'autre.

La ubicación del hotel junto y sobre el mar es muy buena pero pero calidad - precio no es buena. Es un hotel que tiene un precio muy alto y cuando es así, uno espera que la experiencia sea muy buena. 1.- Las habitaciones del hotel están bastante desgastadas. 2.- Al llegar nos dijeron que teníamos que resercar las hamacas tanto para la piscina como para la playa y resulta que no había para ninguno de los dos días. Deberían de avisar. 3.- No tiene playa privada. Tiene algunas tumbonas en la playa. No llamaría a eso tener playa privada. No deberían de decir que tienen playa privada. 4.- El restaurante "LE LOUP DE MER" calidad - precio malo. Pedimos dos platos, uno de ellos lo sacaron muy muy hecho y el otro frío. Tal y como he dicho al comienzo, Calidad - Precio ha resultado bastante decepcionante.
