Very friendly and smiling reception service. Very fast lift, breakfast that can feed an army, room on the sixth floor with a crazy view, large, mini bar, air conditioning and many other comforts. You can also use the swimming pool. Nice experience, I would do it again

Arrived in Lecce hotel to hot rooms, no in room internet, cots in rooms? closed pool and location in middle of no where. Very Late to try to organize a dinner in Lecce (on a Friday night) Hotel food service was disapponting . Limited menu, poor service, unpleasant a**osphere (in a large banquet hall) This hotel was a big disappoin**ent. Too far from the city as we were booked in for three nights as part of a tour package. Hotel tried to tell us that rooms do have wifi internet. Previous reviews on social media say that this hotel has spotty/no Wi-Fi in rooms. Appears to be on going issue. Given it is classed as a conference centre I don't know why they didn't have suitable internet. Throughout our other 3 weeks in Italy it was never a problem. Guests should be informed prior to stay that outdoor pool closes Sept 1st. Would have definitely spent last afternoon at pool if we could. Instead, looked at a green pool through the window. Generally grounds looked a bit overgrown and under managed. Surrounding area around hotel and roads leading into hotel were dirty and unkept.

Nestled within the walls of a high-ceilinged old building, my recent stay at this hotel was quite enchanting. The room was very spacious and clean, with comfortable sitting area. The high ceilings really added to the overall spaciousness and felling of coziness. The bathroom was also very spacious equipped with all the toiletries. I also appreciated the hotel's amenities, including the beautiful dining area. The breakfast options were diverse and tasty, providing a great start to my day. The minor issues: the shower water was not hot enough to my like, and Wifi was slow.

The city is small and the location is convenient. The room is large and the balcony is very large. It's very comfortable. The city's water quality is relatively hard, and it's not recommended to drink the boiled water with a kettle. The hotel does not provide drinking water, you need to buy it yourself.

We stayed here for two nights at the end of our cycling holiday. The staff were excellent and the room very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. We got help with the bicycles which was very good. Would highly recommend if you want to stay in Lecce

Una bella struttura, una camera confortevole con letto a castello, molto pulita e con una piccola cabina armadio. La colazione è con the, caffè, yogurt frutta e una sorpresa locale (da assaggiare assolutamente) al piano superiore un bellissimo terrazzo con lettini per il sole o per il relax e un magnifico jacuzzi dove abbiamo fatto uno splendido bagno nel tardo pomeriggio. Una coccola speciale. Da non perdere nelle vicinanze di MARTANO la cattedrale di Galatina e un bagno a Torre Sant’Andrea

    Dirty is the word. Should have listened to other reviewers about the cleanliness of this hotel and the rude staff. So, firstly, our greeting at midday as we walked into this not so easy to find hotel was ‘you’re too early for checkin’. My absolute pet hate greeting. Not a greeting at all. As I then explained to the ‘gentleman’ behind the counter, I can tell the time. All we wanted to do was to leave luggage. What ever happened to ‘let’s see what we can do?’ As we all know not all hotels run at 100% every night meaning there may be empty clean rooms. Okay, so the lack of lighting in the bedroom we can almost cope with. No overhead lighting at all. Just three lamps. iPhone torch essential to try and work out how to use the air conditioning. The air conditioning doesn’t really work anyway. The lack of light in the bathroom is a bigger worry. Again no overhead lighting just the flickering backlight behind the mirror. But perhaps low lighting is not a bad idea given the cleanliness of the bathroom, more on that later. Lack of lighting in the bathroom is unacceptable. The shower screen in the bathroom makes no sense the way it works, designed for thin people only. Not acceptable. The shower head is wrong design and the holder is broken and so just doesn’t work. Therefore the shower head has to be handheld which we do not find convenient at all. Not acceptable. Marks/stains on the very thin threadbare towels, not acceptable. But the cleanliness of the bathroom was the real worry. Wiping the floor, on day one, with the bath mat turned it brown as in faeces brown. But let’s give them a chance. So next day, in theory after the room has been cleaned, there are still those unidentified brown marks on the wall by the toilet paper holder. You can decide what they are. The toilet seat is poorly attached and moves. Not acceptable. Curtain rails but no curtains? Who took the curtains? Breakfast was reasonable. The guy, Nicola, serving coffee at breakfast was very good. Rooms were small. Have I mentioned the tiny black creatures that look like ants on the bedside table? I just hope they are not bed bugs. Check our guy was almost friendly and pleasant. Thanks to him. I must finish. Would we ever stay there again? Absolutely not. Would I recommend it? Absolutely not. Would I ask for my money back. Yes! Would I ever get it? I guess not!!
