3 notti per visitare la bellissima Lecce e il Salento e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Si dorme benissimo, unico appunto per il terzo letto per mia figlia che era un pò piccolo, una brandina. colazione molto buona e personale veramente molto gentile e professionale. L'hotel è anche in una buona posizione, a soli 15 minuti a piedi dal centro e vicino a molti esercizi com utili come: pizzerie, bar, distributore di carburante, conad, etc. Il prezzo è giusto

Siamo stati una sola notte, personale disponibile, non al centro città , camere vecchiotte . Colazione molto limitata . Buono per punto di appoggio per 1 giorno. Possibilità di parcheggio interno . Camera con condizionatore e televisione con piccolo balcone.

In questa fugace esperienza salviamo solo il signore della reception notturna attento a risolvere i problemi incontrati. L’hotel è in buona posizione per l’auto ma non a piedi dal centro. La struttura esterna da un lato è fattisciente e direttamente prospiciente le finestre del palazzo di fronte con relativi inquilini . ‘L’ampio parcheggio’ è una zona stretta di intercapedine tra due palazzi tra grate, tubi ed una fila di 4 pini ( meglio parcheggiare fuori). Purtroppo per la nostra prenotazione hanno selezionato una stanza vetusta con area condizionata rotta e filtri completamente usurati pieni di polvere. Quella accanto era vuota e perfettamente funzionante e pulita ma per averla ci ha dovuto aiutare il gentilissimo signore straniero della reception ( sembrava solo in tutta la struttura) che ha capito la situazione è ci ha aiutato. Colazione ‘volenterosa’ su un area terrazzata con tavoli di plastica. In conclusione: that’s Salento my friends. Ad agosto si vuole vendere di tutto, anche l’invendibile ma a quale rischio ?

ho soggiornato per una notte in questo hotel che si trova in una buona posizione per visitare la citta' ,la camera e' molto essenziale con il bagno non molto rinnovato ma pulito e funzionale, buona la colazione

Buona la posizione a circa 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Lecce. Hotel vecchio stampo . Avrebbe bisogno di un ammodernamento. Personale cortrse ma poco preparato per l’ accoglienza. Colazione classica anche con i dolci tipici di Lecce. Prezzi buoni.

Bien pour le confort et la propreté des chambres ( sauf pour la clim et la WI-FI hors service ) Bien pour l'emplacement puisque le centre ville est facilement accessible à pied ( mais parking payant à 7 € la nuit ) Mauvais pour le calme. Impossible de dormir entre les départs matinaux ( 5 h ) et les fêtes tardives que l' hôtel ne contrôle pas. Le bar et le restaurant PD sont au pied des chambres !!!

Hotel posizionato in posizione strategica vicino il cento storico e la tangenziale di uscita.Camera spaziosissima e pulita, bagno altrettanto.Personale accogliente e disponibile.Colazione buona con buoni prodotti.Ottimo il rapporto qualita' e prezzo. Buon riferimento per chi deve visitare i Salento

L'hôtel est situé en périphérie du centre ville dans un quartier plutôt sinistre mais qui a le mérite d'être calme. La chambre était spacieuse et la literie confortable mais l'insonorisation est nulle on entend tout ce qui se passe dans la chambre voisine...Le moteur du mini frigo fait un bruit insupportable obligé de le débrancher la nuit. L'hôtel a une salle de réception qu'il loue pour des fêtes et il y avait ce soir là une fête d'anniversaire avec musique à fond, impossible de dormir avant une heure du matin. Le petit déjeuner ne vaut rien et le personnel est curieusement froid et indifférent. Mention spéciale pour l'homme a l'accueil de nuit qui n'a aucun sens du relationnel mais a plus l'air d'un veilleur de nuit et qui nous a reçu à notre arrivée comme des indésirables avec agressivité et méfiance à croire qu'il n'a jamais vu des voyageurs arrivés après minuit et fatigués de leur voyage en avion exigeant que nous payions immédiatement la nuit et gardant nos pièces d'identité comme si nous étions suspects.. Drôle d'ambiance dans cet endroit. Cet hôtel a du potentiel et mériterait une rénovation et un changement de personnel ou de direction.

Hôtel à 15 mn à pieds de l’entrée du centre historique. Accueil agréable Ambiance un peu sobre. Chambre propre et suffisamment spacieuse, bien équipée avec petit balcon (vue pas terrible !) Literie confortable et petit déjeuner simple mais efficace. Parking dans la rue sans risque.
