Arroccato tra mare e uliveti si trova questo borgo antico. I giovani del posto ci guidano con il loro sapere alla scoperta del passato. Una storia che è visibile nei resti dei luoghi restaurati. C'è tanto amore per la propria terra. C'è voglia di riscatto e di restare. In questi luoghi ci sarebbe bisogno di interesse a mantenere in vita attraverso un continuo restauro dei castelli dei conventi dei frantoio e dei magnifici dipinti. Non bastano le donazioni dei singoli ci vorrebbero sponsor famosi magari pugliesi che organizzassero un Tour itinerante e lungo quanto l'estate in tutti questi luoghi. Specchia ha un magnifico convento che deve essere salvato. Sarebbe bello pensare che qualcuno possa immaginare un percorso enogastronomico al suo interno e magari mostre e spettacoli i cui Fondi destinare a questo posto bellissimo. I giovani fuggono da questi luoghi di storia e cultura loro malgrado. Il Salento non è solo mare stupendo. È arte storia antica. Non perdiamo questi gioielli.

Mon séjour à l'établissement Lo Specchio del Salento s'est très bien passé. Ma chbre était vraiment très spacieuse, propre, très bien équipée et confortable. La salle de bains était également très grande et fonctionnelle. Dans l'ensemble, le quartier est très calme. Seul petit bémol, la localisation assez excentrée (notamment 35 minutes à pied depuis la gare). Sinon, tout etait parfait.

Soggiorno che poteva essere migliore.
1 non viene trovata la prenotazione e perciò non mi viene assegnata la stanza prenotata e che ho pagato, prenotato una doppia uso singola con bagno, invece mi viene data una singola con bagno privato esterno. Non molto corretto.
Hotels dovrebbe rimborsare queste mancanze.

J'ai passé 5 nuits dans cet établissement que je recommande vivement. L'établissement est situé dans un quartier vraiment très calme et à quelques pas d'une des gares de bus de la ville. Ma chambre était vraiment très spacieuse et bien aménagée. La salle de bains était également très grande et fonctionnelle. Tout était propre et très confortable. Je n'ai manqué de rien. Compte tenu du contexte sanitaire, le propriétaire n'était présent qu'au moment de mon enregistrement (mais il m'avait laissé un numéro de téléphone pour le contacter en cas de problème) et il n'était pas possible de profiter de la cuisine (dommage, mais parfaitement compréhensible). Seul petit bémol, l'établissement reste tout de même assez éloigné du centre-ville et de la gare (mais c'est aussi ce qui permet de se retrouver au calme, loin de l'agitation du centre historique).
