This is an older hotel, a little worn, but the location is fantastic, the staff are lovely, and the stay is a great value. It is less than a block from the train station and only a couple of blocks from the historic area, so it makes a great base for seeing Lecce and the surrounding areas. I would definitely stay there again.

Lovely, old-style hotel with beautiful outdoor space, set in a quiet area. Position near station very helpful and within a short walk of historic centre. Room was very spacious and comfortable and breakfast good. Staff at desk and in breakfast room were very professional and friendly. Highly recommended!

I stayed in March and everything was perfect, spacious room and comfortable bed, excellent cleanliness, varied breakfast, very kind staff. Also very convenient due to its proximity to the station and the center. There is also a swimming pool which I was not able to evaluate given the period of my stay.

The first impression of the hotel is very pleasant. But once the initial euphoria wears off, you see that a lot of things are wrong. The carpet is full of stains, the tablecloths in the restaurant are not ironed, etc. But the service that this hotel offers, or rather does not offer, is worse. As our refrigerator was not working, I reported it to reception several times. This was ignored and nothing was done to repair or replace it. Finally, we left after 3 days and the refrigerator still doesn't work. But the icing on the cake was the breakfast buffet, which was already plundered by 9 a.m. When we asked if they could bring us more bread, we were told "no, it's all gone" and nothing was refilled. Incredible even for a 4-star hotel that only 2 cappuccinos are included in the price of breakfast, after that you have to pay for each additional one. See menu. All in all, the management should think about investing in its staff and training them on service and dealing with guests. Because sometimes it helps to greet the guest when they enter or leave the house and not just punish them with indifferent ignorance. I cannot recommend this house, there are certainly better accommodations in Lecce that are equivalent to a 4 star hotel.
