Wow, what a unique place to stay. Rooms filled with authentic antiques. Ceilings painted, wonderful tiling. Like staying in a mini palace. Within walking distance to trains. Situated in the old town. As soon as you step out of the hotel you are in the centre of everything. Nikos, the owner, is amazing. Nothing is too much trouble. Do yourself a favour and book a night or two here. You won’t regret it.

In bester Lage in der Altstadt von Lecce direkt neben dem Dom, empfängt den Gast ein historischer Palazzo mit bis zum letzten Detail originalen Einrichtungsgegenständen, dennoch mit allem denkbaren Komfort, z.B. sehr guten Betten und einem liebevoll zubereiteten Frühstück. Gastgeber Nikos hilft mit wertvollen Tipps bei der inhaltlichen Gestaltung des Aufenthalts in Apulien sowie den besten kulinarischen Adressen. So vergeht - leider - die Zeit des Aufenthaltes wie im Fluge, und beim Abschied bleibt das Gefühl, als Gast gekommen zu sein und als Freund zu gehen. Danke!

We had an amazing stay at Historical Suites VVM - it's an absolutely gorgeous building in the centre of the old town, and very easy to walk to lots of restaurants, shops and sights. We felt like royalty staying there, the rooms are big and beautiful, service was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend staying here to anyone, and I only wish we had spent more time in Lecce.

The furnishings are fabulously historic. The location cannot be better for the center of town. The host is friendly and so accomodating.

Great location very close to everything!
The manager Nikos was very welcoming, helpful and efficient. A good breakfast delivered to room exactly at the time ordered. Very big room with fabulous old world charm and ambience in keeping with their name.
Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful suite in the centre of Lecce. Nikos was a fantastic host who helped us with our stay not only in Lecce but to plan ahead for our journey through Puglia. The use of the garage was very helpful, and the beautiful breakfast delivered to our room each morning was a treat. We wish we could have stayed for longer and would definitely return.

This is truly a unique B&B. Fantastic location right in the middle of the walled city. Nico and his wife are excellent hosts.
