Clean comfortable always enjoy my stay at the royal hotel when I'm passing though Edmonton on my way to work up north in nunavut. Friendly service Great food when I ordered room service. Hot and fresh I loved the gravy mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

When I travel for work, I stay at the hotel for the night and travelling home. I stay during the day always great to be greeted with the staff very professional And Fast. The food at the restaurants is great and always look forward to spending the time there.

It used to be a great hotel. Its customer service has fallen apart. Our room stink of cigarettes and the lady at the counter was super ignorant about it. Then the air conditioning didn’t work and it never got fixed. I also saw a bride devastated because they had the same problems and the staff was so rude to her and made faces at her and her family when they walked away. Super disappointing and unprofessional as she was being really nice.

Everything was good at this location until we were checking out in the morning at around 9:30 am (long before the 11am checkout time) I was in the process of getting seated in my room and had a younger housekeeper use her entry key and walk into our room unannounced. There was no knock or call out to announce herself, she just walked right in o. Me. This was a complete invasion of privacy. We have always stayed here at this location but are now considering a change due to this unprofessional experience

Overall very poor customer service experience dealing with front desk staff and my booking for 2 rooms for my family.The cost was double from my booking online and the lady who I dealt with was very rude and no response to fix the problem just kept saying this is the cost take it or leave it then she canceled my booking .So I left and I’m a Wyndham Platinum member and honestly I went to another Wyndham hotel in the area where they got my family their rooms and my kids had a good weekend after all that but I must say that after this experience I will never be back to stay at this hotel in the future.

Overall the location was excellent for leaving my vehicle for a week while we were out of country. All the staff (front desk, shuttle driver & restaurant) were professional and courteous. We would absolutely stay there again ❤️

So the beds are the BEST really so comfy. You know what else works the thermostat actually really works and instantly. The towels and bedding always smell fresh. We use our AMA card and get a King bed for 130$ Approximately great deal. The food in restaurant and lobby bar is very good (a bit pricy ) but good.

Awesome team, excellent service from team, Shelby in bar was amazing, very friendly and fun. Breakfast bar waitresses excellent. Hard to beat. Great location close to freeway and airport, good parking, close to amenities, Third time here, won’t go anywhere else. Keep it up Wyndham
