The service was great throughout the stay. Evening meal was really nice slightly slow but friendly staff. Breakfast was also of a good standard.

A lovely afternoon tea spent with a couple of friends for a baby shower. Yousef was funny and friendly and took good care of us, speaking to the mum to be, topping up our tea unprompted and leaving us to it - not rushing our experience at all. Encouraged us to walk the grounds once we’d paid up. Will be recommending the experience to others! Also the sofas, chairs and tiered afternoon tea appearance added to the fine dining atmosphere - but you could also just be yourself and relax. Just lovely. Thanks.

Lovely comfortable bed Great building Spa facilities not great, no loungers by the pool, just chairs 🤷🏼♀️ Treatment was ok but not great or very relaxing Grounds are nice Dinner was good Drinks in the library afterwards were lovely Breakfast was a bit of a bun fight

I've stayed twice for work over the weekend. The staff are so lovely. On my first trip I arrived late and emotional after working long days and was given a bar of chocolate to cheer me up. The second time I forgot to check out and the person on the phone dealt with it so nicely. The beds are so comfy and clean. The only feedback I kight give is to extend the adults only time in the spa/pool so it can be enjoyed in peace for 30 mins or a hour before the kids chaos begins (especially as it is a small pool)
