"It's like staying at an mid century luxury manor. Swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam and sauna alongside the health fitness gym are included for guests as well as daily housekeeping. Spa treatments aren't free but they are a must have to experience the full stay, special thanks to Medina who made it all the more worthwhile. Most staff are friendly and accommodating but dinner when a wedding banquet is happening is definitely a long wait especially if you're hungry. Lucky I'm not a critic and was not too hungry. Self service breakfast was included withb my stay and the selection and taste was good. Carlos also deserves a mention as he was helped me sort out a different room when there were strange noises coming from the first room they asigned. Very close to the golf club and that was a nice addition. Next time I will definitely request a room with a view."

"The hotel itself was quiet, comfortable and with a great location. The windows to the room do not open and the air handling shut itself off in the middle of the night so woke up feeling queasy for lack of fresh air. The breakfast is a disaster. Poor quality materials, poor hot breakfast alternatives for vegans/vegetarians/pescatarians. Items there were cold and flavourless. Cold options were poor. Only one cereal on offer. Presented with chipped crockery. I drink espresso and only offered massive mugs. Bread is poor quality. Toaster set up incorrectly. Orange juice was not orange juice but water with a bit of orange flavour."

"Everything was provided, even salt and pepper. The fridge, dishwasher and clothes washer were clean. The decor and amenities were excellent. The furnishings were very well done, and of high quality. The bed was comfy, and everything was very clean and new. The only downside is that not all rooms have aircon and even with the window open, and the fan, it's not very comfortable when the temperature outside is near 27 and above. There is no airflow from outside,so even if it begins to cool down outside, it does not cool the interior."
