"My boyfriend and I stayed here for two nights for valentines. We very much enjoyed our stay overall, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel and rooms were very clean and had all the amenities we needed. When leaving we were able to leave our luggage for just £1 a suitcase which was very convenient. For the price I thought the food was good quality, however if you are looking for more of a cooked breakfast this isn’t the place. The location was very accessible and we were able to walk to everywhere easily. However it did get very noisy from about 5 in the morning."

"The room was a bit small; for a family of three with bunk beds, it was just enough for sleeping but had limited living space. They didn't provide toothbrushes, toothpaste, or slippers, and there was no kettle, though you could get hot water from the front desk. Breakfast offered a good variety and was delicious. Overall, the price was quite affordable, but it fluctuated a lot over a few days."

"The location is great because the hotel located in city centre. The room was comfortable and the toilet and shower area was clean. The reception staff was lovely and welcoming. There is a functioning lift but I was staying on the first floor so I mainly use the stairs. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here and will surely coming back whenever I come to Leeds."

"The hotel is located at the city center with close proximity to almost everywhere. The room is spacious with great city view and a huge shout out to the member of staff for their professional but warm service. Highly recommend this hotel if you want to enjoy the city vibe in Leeds!"

"Lovely overnight stay at Queens for a concert in the city. Location is ideal (attached to the train station). Excellent, friendly staff. Did online check in before arrival which made it quick and simple to collect key card from the reception. The room was spacious and clean with everything you’d need. Limited noise from outside even though the hotel is slap bang in the city centre. Would stay again."

"Would absolutely recommend! Had a working window, although it was a bit noisy when open but great to get some air in The shower had great pressure, the bed was comfy, the light wasn’t too harsh, my room had yellowish bulbs instead of white and you could have a reading light if needed. Great fo travel for business!"

"We’re a couple who decided to visit Leeds and booked this hotel last minute. It turned out to be an excellent choice. Customer service was top-notch from start to finish — staff were genuinely helpful and accommodating with every request. The room and all common areas were spotless, which immediately set the right impression. Breakfast exceeded expectations: fresh, well organised, and plenty of choice. The overall environment was great too. The Royal Armouries are right behind the hotel, with lakes surrounding the area, making it a beautiful and relaxing spot. We were lucky to have sunny weather on Saturday, which made it even better. Highly recommended. Solid experience all round."

"The location of the hotel is very good and central in Leeds City Centre which is what I wanted. The room was fine, the bed was very comfortable and I got a good sleep here, I couldn't hear too much sound from outside the room. Amenities were relatively basic, some tea (Yorkshire tea!) and coffee, the shower had body wash and shampoo provided but no minis. Front desk were always very friendly and helpful, I was checked in and out quickly. No issues, would recommend to anyone visiting Leeds!"

"Great location for our stay, central for what we were there for. Pricey for what you get but for the time of year it was to be expected. This was a very rare mother/daughter night away for my daughters 15th birthday, info as added to our “special occasion section” upon booking but sadly no note or card upon arrival. Hotel was spotless but our room (209) had a potent stench of sewerage upon check in. Bed was SO comfy which was a plus. S"
